It really had everything - only minor thing to add is possibly a second doona for the bed as it gets cold at night!

We LOVED it! Great location, walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants in Hepburn. Beds must be different from other reviews as the mattress and pillows were soft and comfy. Full equipped kitchen which made it easy for us to cook and enjoy movies in front of the fireplace (: Also the owners are super nice and accommodates our check-in / check-out requests!

washing machine use; could have used some simple instructions - and couldn't find any laundry liquid for the washing machine

light filled and spacious with comforts of home; e.g. it was well stocked with a lounge, throw blankets, streaming service, nespresso machine. it's these little things that were appreciated.

The apartment is in a great location opposite Peppers in Hepburn. East parking at the front and once we went inside I was really happy with the layout of the apartment and the quality of the furnishings. It was so nice we nearly didn’t go out to dinner lol. Lovely balcony looking out into the trees, very comfortable bed and a nice cosy lounge to relax and watch TV. The kitchen has everything you would need and my favourite part was the large stone bath. We will be back

It would have been great to have a toilet upstairs where the living area was

The location was perfect as we had a wedding at Peppers which is directly across the road. The space was huge, big dining and kitchen and great sized living area. The bedrooms and en-suite were huge, it was perfect.

Pretty much everything! The views as soon as you walk in the door, how close it was to restaurants, walking tracks and town!

The bed was a little on the firm side, and the tv seemed to have an awful lot of unavailable channels that made it tedious to cycle through when wanting to watch something

From the moment we walked in, it was like a breath of fresh air. It was clean and bright with a lovely treetop view and further over to the nearby hills. The kitchen was impressively stocked with modern appliances. The bath, the bath was incredible, not the one pictured but better. A massive free-standing and super deep oval with a view over the trees.

The block out blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken. we were unable to pull them up and down

We were two friends celebrated our eighty years birthday both of us. We found the couch to low and definitely not comfortable.

Only one slight comment is maybe the shower grouting need a clean otherwise it was perfect. I was impressed with the rest of the room being spotless.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need and high quality amenities. The heating was on so we were warm when we arrived. It was comfortable, private and spacious. Loved the smeg kettle and toaster and all the little touches that have been thought of. .

Both bedrooms were down a flight of stairs. No mention of stairs in property description so this caused a slight problem for guest who had knee problem but there is a good sturdy handrail to hang onto for support.

A very comfortable and extremely clean villa, all amenities well stocked and lovely views from the living room.

Was a little noisy when neighbours in unit beneath us were home but that was rare

Great view in the trees and lots of visits from various types of parrots. Very comfortable inside and well appointed. Would defiantly recommend to stay here.

Honestly nothing!

Fantastic location, in the heart of Hepburn. Beautiful view over the sanctuary - we were treated to a fantastic light show night 1 with flash lightning :) The baths in each room are fantastic, great shower, comfy bed. Place was nice and toasty for us on arrival, with plenty of additional heating options if required. We wanted for nothing, and loved the ambiance and serenity of the accommodation. The welcome bottle of wine was an appreciated extra surprise also!

The noise from upstairs was distracting at times. We knew when the neighbours were walking around, opening the blinds, having a shower or the 'ding' of the microwave. A very quiet and peaceful spot otherwise.

The layout was beautiful. We had everything that we needed and it was warm and toasty with the gas fire. A lovely comfy bed, amazing outlook and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will definitely be back. Loved it. 💜
