the apartment was not very well stocked for staples. only provisions for 2 washing machine cycles and 2 dish washer cycles. they are tight on the toilet paper too. that aspect was a little disappointing for the price. the resort is very close to sunshine coast airport, expect loud aircraft noise once or twice an hour during daylight hours ( didn't bother us at all ) but nothing after dark.

we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor ( no stairs ). excellent apartment with heaps of room, very clean and modern. so much room for a family with 2 kids. the lagoon pool is amazing. great heated pool and hot spa also. the local beach is a 2 minute walk away also. SO GOOD... You dont even have to leave, it is so relaxing. 100% we will be back.

Would be nice to have other basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper for those only staying for a short time, to have to buy these items is a bit of a waste. Not the fault of the accommodation, but the area is very quiet so had to hop on a bus to go to other areas that were more lively. Also quite difficult to get a taxi to take you to the airport due to the close proximity.

We were on the ground floor which was great to access to pool straight off our outdoor space. Apartment was spacious and clean. Main bedroom was nice and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved the accommodation! Had everything you could wish for… very clean and well equipped! The pool and facilities were kept sparkling clean and it was very quiet… can’t wait to stay here again!

Being too close to the airport, planes flying very low and every hour or so.

Heated pool. The kids were in it all day. Beach was closeby and shops including delicious fish and chips are within walking distance.

It would be great to have a few extra garbage bags, better cleaning products, for example we struggled to clean the BBQ.

The pool water temperarures where perfect. Very close to beach access, and well equiped.

Fantastic location. The apartment was good and the pool etc also good. We had a couple of small problems in the apartment which were fixed immediately, the staff were totally 💯 and always helpful and friendly

If I had to pick something, minor. The TV in the main bedroom is very tiny, could do with an upgrade.

We had an early flight arrival, I called the day before if possible for an early check-in, the reception advised 11am is ok. When we landed, I received a text message "room is ready" which was earlier than 11am (much appreciated) we stayed 4 nights. Pool is huge and clean. The heated spa is a bonus. Room is very spacious, clean, bed/pillow extremely comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere is lovely. Planning another trip back to Sand Dunes Resort.

I could hear traffic noise from the room and the pool, not a deal breaker though. We couldn't find any good restaurants within walking distance at all.

The pool was very nice, swim out from rooms is the best! being close to the patrolled beach is great.

Loved the easy check in. The apartment was spaced out and the pool was so lovely and close. And when we arrived the air cons were on and it was very inviting.

The couch. It was so small and uncomfortable after a big day running around with the kids and at the beach it would have been nicer sitting down on a comfy couch with the family at the end of the day to watch a movie. We also selected a higher unit, but on arrival were given a totally different unit, ground level and totally different to the picture that we thought we were paying for.

Parking hard when you have a bigger vehicle..Drive too get food was the only down side..Nothing to do with property..
