The bathroom was a bit outdated , a bit strange with the sliding mirror infront of the loo. watching yourself on the toilet lol. But it was very clean and tidy ! The actual building outside of the apartment, the carpet in the corridors smelt musky , wet , damp smell. Did drift into the apartment , but we kept the balcony open for the ocean breeze ! (That’s nothing to do with the apartment itself)

The view , and how neat everything was. Very homey ! The receptionist was also very beautiful and lovely to deal with.

Unit was spacious but a little dated, but that didn't really bother us. Only one bedside light and no microwave dishes. Shower is over a very small "bath". If you had difficulty lifting your legs, it could be tricky to manoeuvre in and out. Elderly people could struggle a bit. Two chairs on the balcony but it needed a small table to put drinks or food on. We couldn't get the courtyard bbqs to work.

Great location. Close to supermarket and places to eat. Easy walking distance. Lovely view across park to ocean. The road in front is busy during the day but not too noisy at night. Good size pool and spa. Good value for money.

It was a little run down the glass sliding door on the balcony was broken and the air conditioner wasn’t working . It was a bit noisy at night as well with people leaving nightclubs yelling and screaming .

We loved the location it was great to be able to walk across the road and to the esplanade for our morning walks and it was so close to the shops and the Surf Club

Great location, short walk to all local facilities and beach. Spacious apartment with all amenities and appliances. After hours access very straight forward. Staff very friendly and helpful. Views were limited as it was a ground floor apartment.

Aircon and fans had their own power switches, which we didn't know until we queried reception. Car couldn't fit so we lost our free parking access.

Reasonable amenities good to come back to after a long day. Bed was comfy.

The only bad thing was the strong pungent smell as soon as you got out off the lift on level 11 ! Which was present in the apartment, Did have to buy a couple of plug-in air fresheners as it was overwhelming.

Stayed on the 11 th floor in room 46 ! The room was clean and tidy and very functional ocean view apartment !staff were very accommodating allowed us an early check in. Good cooking facilities. Close to restaurants and the mall.

The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but ok for the two of us. The bed was pretty small too and not very comfortable. My partner had a bad back in the morning.

We stayed on 11th floor, unit 45 and the beach view was amazing. The price was really good too.

We were lucky to have an aircon in the kitchen, but the place really needed a fan in the bathroom. The rooms/furniture need repairs and updating, but if looks don’t matter it’s a great place to stay.

Rooms were a great size, receptionist was amazing.

For an old girl she has a lot to offer. Our apartment had great views of the beach and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic. The pool was one of the best we swam in - no sore eyes. Staff were friendly and helpful. While she’s still available, we would definitely stay again.

The apartment desperately needs an update. It might be best described as 80s retro - some of the furniture was broken and the bed-head for our bed felll apart. I notified the manager. It looks old and outdated, so updating the decor would make for a much nicer experience.

Receptionist was very rude to both myself and my husband at different times when we asked questions, no customer service, not a good look for your venue.

Location, view, beach, pool, garden - fantastic. The apartment is very dated espcially bathroom but it is comfortable.
