Guest service, laundry room in particular, sharing with housekeeping made it inconvenient for guests who forced to ‘compete’ for the washers/dryers.

    Location.

Probably a bit far from the city, so wouldn't stay here unless it was for an event nearby.

Incredible breakfast - we're talking scrambled eggs/fried eggs, pancakes, cereals, muesli, fruit, coffee machines galore amongst other things. The room itself was pretty spacious and comfortable, and had everything you could need. Quiet part of town, ideal for commuting to the hospital, which was only a 10 minute walk away. Staff helpful.

We didn't use the included breakfast as we found it strange that it was in the student dinning hall. Also found the website very deceiving as it wasn't clear to me that it was amongst student housing.

Central location was great. Room was big and had good facilities.

Organisation. made booking around 11am it was not my fault they baw booking at 4pm They send me an email while I'm driving at 4.30 saying I need to get there by 5pm. Whhhaaaat. Then could not find the place, even google got lost, finally got there and it was shut. Managed to get in. this "college" treats guests like UNI STUDENTS because it's a niversity not a hotel. Needed to for washing but needed special coins to operate. All round UNORGANISED

Hot breakfast was cold when I got there 30mins after opening. Students also use the parking so it's not guaranteed you'll get a spot.

The location was great though Google maps sent me to the school on the other side but, once I found it there was paid parking available. Afterhours care was on point. My access card didn't work to my room and a volunteer student helped me with the card.

A great studio accommodation. We chose it as had a function at Matilda Bay that we had an easy 20 min walk to and from. Modern style with top quality finish. Breakfast in student hall was a bonus.

Room wasn’t as promoted online. TV was scrunched up in the corner on a desk with no practical way to view it unless lying on the bed, then only 1 person really had a view. There was only one bedside table/lamp and the light on that didn’t work. The mattress was basic and uncomfortable. The position of the unit meant any people coming or going through the entry below could be heard particularly when returning at 1.00am to 1.30am in the morning partially ‘under the weather’.

Great supporting staff but room did not match Booking.com images

The room does not match the picture in Booking.com. The room type is described in Booking.com is of "Studio Apartment" and it has the pictures of "Executive Studio Apartment" (from the St Catherine's on Park website). However, when we arrived at the property, the room looked totally different. Picture showed one two seater sofa and a one seater sofa, in reality there was only one one-seater sofa. No bedside lamp and separate study desk and tv stand. Bathroom looked different in the picture too.

The staff members were very humble. Clean room. And support available when needed.

We paid for the buffet dinner but unfortunately found it a little disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spotless, very comfy and quiet. As Perth was having a heat wave we were very grateful to find the air-con in our unit was on and nice and cool. A lovely touch. Surroundings are lovely with lots of trees and gardens and very quiet.

I'm guessing I missed the breakfast rush as I was one of only two people in the huge dining hall. Arriving at 8.45am, I had what was left of some dry scrambled eggs as well as the last two hash browns, and tried to choose the least greasy bacon rashes on offer, with everything being cold when I sat down at the table. There was of course cereal and the usual continental fare available, but I was hankering for something hot, which was a bad choice as it turned out. Was in a hurry otherwise I would definitely have asked for something to be made fresh.

Fabulous proximity to Hollywood Hospital and very easy parking. Beautifully clean open airy room with all the amenities you could require, TV, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, excellent airconditioning. Comfortable bed and pillows with bright white sheets. Sparkling clean bathroom with lovely towels, great water pressure and lots of body wash options to choose from.

2x rooms in one phone didnt work other tv didnt work. Check in was crap and had uni students running it and reception wasnt even open in the weekends, so if u needed anything u were told u were out of luck. Ridiculous really for what we paid, wasnt worth the money and no king size bed in apartment only in studios which is just weird, pay more for the apartment. And what apartment we had was weird shape and not practical really and the bathroom in the apartment wasnt worth having, u wouldnt want to have been a larger person that for sure, totally waste space really. Would never stay there again, nor recommend it at all...! Wasnt what we expected at all...! However when complained i demand a discount because of the crap we had to deal with and got it...so that was a bonus i suppose...! Never again!

    It was reasonable clean.

Staff didnt have my booking on record or a room reserved for us. Though they managed to find a room for us, it was of course not the room we payed for which was supposed to have a bath and a minibar, so that was a little disappointing. They did have breakfast included which was always cold but was ok since it was free. Wasnt aware till we got there that this Hotel is part of a college, so we did have to share the dining hall for breakfast with a bunch of teenagers as we were seemingly the only guests there. It was very awkward. I feel it should mention on the ad that this is part of a college, that way you what kind of place to expect, also it would have helped us know where we were going. If you search for st catherines on park into google it took us to the college entrance. The actual entrance for the hotel side is on 2 Park Rd, Crawley. Also parking was a bit of an issue. There were only about 6 bays available to reserve for $10 a day. Of course none of them were available so we had to chance finding a free spot on the street which was free but restricted to 3 hour parking. For me the cons outweighed the pros so I wouldn't want to return.

The room/apartment was modern and nicely decorated. It had a kitchen and dining table with a nice view onto the garden. The cleaner was lovely we bumped into her as we were returning to our room. She had replaced the towels, bathroom supplies and tea and coffee. Very comfy bed and sofa.
