I was bitten by the insect. I didn't know what insect bit me on my legs while I was sleeping and left red marks and it was itchy.

Everything met my expectations, the room, bed, and breakfast. The hotel is a nice place to stay, another thing I liked was the housekeeping staff who were always cleaning my room during my stay. They have the beautiful smile they knocked at my door for a housekeeping. The girl is very helpful and always asked what I need.

Breakfast if it says when you book breakfast included don't expect a cooked breakfast or even a smorgasboard ...zip We didn't enjoy the only 4 channels on the TV either

Where was the breakfast.? If you mean the single packet of a weetbix and one single packet of cornflakes. No it was not what was expected.

This place makes you feel right at home..not to mention I left valuable items in the room and they got in contact with me right away and i got my electronics plus other things back.. am so very greatful...nice rooms and staff

The TV didn't work had to tell staff they replaced it straight away. The clock in the room didn't work. For the first time having to stay in any accommodation I had to pay a $200 bond.

Soaked towel in fridge when staff was informed they said its defrosting the fridge it been sitting there for awhile because it had real pudgent odour to it noone came to retrieve the towel

Loved the location sandwiched between the Wagon Wheel Hotel and St Marys Village Centre, cold beers and great food in the pub bistro or grab a cooked chicken and fresh rolls from Woolies and eat in the room, options aplenty. (Aldi across the street or order pick up from the pub bistro.) Beds are firm but not hard and pillows were good. Room decor is a little dated, but the room was very clean. Simple breakfast of cereal and fruit packs, with milk, coffee and tea provided. This place is such value for money and the sparkling pool was so refreshing and clean. Love everything about St Marys Park View Motel

The cleanliness of the room. Uncomfortable bed. The hot water was non existant. The price of my room was supposed include breakfast and it didn't provide breakfast. Only 2 towels for 2 people and was told extra towels would be a charge. Overall, not happy with the room for the price .

The Spa didnt work in the room, the whole button had been removed and you pay a premium for this room so feel a little cheated. .Rooms need updating as do the bathrooms , in general.a.poor.standard for what you.pay.

Lack of breakfast option, continental breakfast was advertised poor cereal options, condiments but no bread for toast. Toilet seemed to flush itself regularly through the night. We were unable to shower due to shower over the bath that my mother couldn't get into due to medical condition and we weren't able to get running water out of the shower

It was dirty . I had to pay 10$ per extra towel . Then I was questioned about why I needed extra towel. The spa was filthy . Lucky I had bleach The owner was rude . The receptionist was rude . The cleaner was non judgmental.
