Due to the location I did hear lorries (bin wagons at a guess) very early in the morning but it was only for a short time.

Great place if you don’t mind not being on the seafront. Parking outside my room that was clean and spacious. There are plenty of places within easy walking distance for food and drink.

My friend and I had the single bed each l found were uncomfortable how they sunk in. However I have stayed in the rooms with double and they are very comfortable.

The floor smelt a bit when the weather was humid since the room was located on the ground floor.

It was comfy and clean in general, staffs were very friendly as well.

Pillows were uncomfortable, although the bed and linen were very comfortable. , Unfortunately idiots were hooning around the shopping centre car park at all hours, and there was a very loud rubbish truck banging bins at 5.30 am. McDonald's is only metres away, and you could hear the conversations over the speakers.

Comfortable room, close to shops and restaurants. Free drink vouchers and 10% off at the bistro. The room service was awesome. Massive pieces of garlic bread and the sticky date pudding were delicious and huge and served with extremely generous amounts of cream and ice cream. The room and bathroom were spotless. .

Staff was friendly but the reception was always empty. After ringing the bell sometimes you would need to wait several minutes for someone to come.

Nice rooms and bathroom. Location is good with a parking spot right in front of the room.

I stayed a second night unexpectedly and the cute little continental breakfast was not provided the second morning.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, everyone from reception to cleaners and bar staff were just lovely.

location is right next to a Maccas drive-through and the general location is about a $26 cab fair to cairns central. We probably should have paid the extra to stay closer to the center of Cairns as we had to be at the terminal wharf the next day

Basic tea/instant coffee/bottled water and milk/cereals provided were good as we had an early start

There was no parking for unit 11. The area felt a little dodgy as it was at the back of the tavern.

NOISE from McDonald's Bleach was too much No fresh air

Very clean, however such a strong bleach smell and no windows that open so it was really hard to be/sleep in the room. Room was nice and modern The discounts at the pub and snack packs were welcome

Strange entrance way to the 3 bedroom apartment up covered concrete ramp and through a wooden door that looked like an entrance to a shed. Difficulty contacting hotel staff to check in and out. Office locked up and had to use a buzzer to alert staff. Took ages for anyone to come. Poor security on unit entrance. Windows frosted to block out views of storage areas and run down garden plots. Nothing of interest in surrounding areas to walk to. Need own car to get around. Didn’t use restaurant or Tavern facilities and didn’t see other accommodation units. Only stayed one night between flights.

Large apartment. Spotlessly clean. Furnishings basic but adequate for one night’s stay. Small basic breakfast pack for each person.
