Location, amenities, good sized 3 bd unit. The kids had a ball! Reminded us a little of being in Fiji. Check in/out and staff were amazing. We will definitely return.

The washing room (e.g. laundry & dryer & downstairs toilet) is outside but still attached to the apartment building. It was kind of scary going outside to the toilet in the evening, otherwise.

The spa & the pool & the locality. I’m a single parent of two children & we had a blast, it was affordable. We spent time in the games room, and swam in the warm pool as well as enjoyed the SPA. Washing and dryer onsite was amazing & woolies was around the corner, the ferry ride to the main beach was beautiful.

It is a bit of a tight squeeze for parking our 4wd vehicle.

The position was excellent. Close to everything. The unit suited our needs. Have already recommended it to family and friends. Loved the spas and heated pools.

Had a very late and dark arrival, they had left lights and air con on in my villa. I could see the lock and the place was cool, and clean after my long day of travel.

Allocated parking spot was very narrow so had to park outside for the 5 days, the main bed was awful and the couch was so low and soft literally couldn't get out - both need replacing, everything else was great.

Great location, facilities were great, check in and out was seemless, staff were friendly and helpful, villa had new kitchen and bathroom which were very nicely done. Kids loved the WiFi. The pool and tennis courts were great

That one of the spa’s doesn’t seem to heat up.

Fantastic place to stay for a family of 5. Comfortable, clean and everything has been thought of including having a washer, drier, vacuum etc. we loved the design of the accomodation, pools and easy, secure access.

There was one day that we couldn't access TV channels this was promptly fixed the next day.

We loved the pools. We thought the rooms and facilities were great.

The parking spot we had was quite tight and hard to get into, beds were a big hard.

Such an amazing location, staff were very friendly and the pool area was massive, great for the kids. We loved the fact there were hundreds of free DVDs to choose from from reception and the games room, our kids have never seen a DVD and this brought a lot of great memories back.

The staff were so helpful and warm and welcoming. The unit itself was brilliant, spacious and perfect layout for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complex itself was beautiful. We will come back!

Check in after hours was a bit of a pain, trying to contact them to let them know we had arrived. There was a phone to use but it wasnt clear, on which number to dial. It was a short bus ride away to main beach, but the hotels located on main beach cost way more

Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help us, when i needed help in travels and tour recomendations. Shoutout to Darryl! Rooms were beautiful, cant fault it, had all the facilities you need. The pools were amazing with a mix of heated pools. Such a picteresque pool area, i felt so happy staying here. I definatley want to visit again
