The loft room is super roomy with upstairs having a big bathroom, beds, TV, wardrobe. Downstairs is a couch, record player, nespresso machine, fridge. Enjoyed the comfy beds and lovely shower. Great quality shampoo etc. Amazing location. Next to heaps of restaurants. Fun rooftop bar.

It could have been cleaner (but then I am a clean freak) It was not dirty - just the carpet could have been vacuumed to a bettter standard and while the bathroom floor was superficially clean it did really need a bit of a scrub

The staff were amazing. We checked in 4 hours early and when we went back when our room was ready they had taken our bags to our room for us. Super smiley and accommodating! Room was fantastic - just what we needed for the night.

I noted that my room was fully wheelchair accessible. It's not something I require but I was really pleased to see that on offer. The gal that was on when I checked in and out was very friendly and helpful

Check in was a little disjointed but the staff were pleasant.

Fab location - close to everything. Loved the vibrancy of the area. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the rooftop bar and pool are great. We went to the theatre to see a show and everything was in walking distance.

The windows were far from soundproof; given the location of the hotel we were woken up every morning around 5am by trucks (?) and ongoing construction works. Around the weekend, there were also parties in the neighboring bars and unfortunately that made it impossible to fall asleep as we could hear everything. Although the rooms were very clean, they were not impeccable - for those who find this very important, maybe good to take it into account.

The hotel is beautifully designed and has great facilities. The food was excellent and staff were very nice. Our room was quite spacious, with a very comfy bed.

Had trouble altering the room temperature with the air-conditioning panel located in the room. Room temp was set a bit too hot for our liking.

Loved the location and champagne on arrival for our Anniversary was a lovely touch.

The desk chair was uncomfortable & I had to do computer work for a few hours

There was no desk chair which made eating in the room awkward. I opted to use pictured space which was also awkward because the trays are massive.

There is some noticeable wear and tear to the property since I last stayed—scuffs to the cabinetry in the room, the decking around the pool etc. The king mattress was very soft and dipped in the middle a bit.

Convenient, stylish, perfectly placed next to spice alley and walking distance to other great restaurants and bars. Takeaway cocktails from the downstairs bar. Private rooms. Gorgeous rooftop swim.

The curtains let is so much light. Given our room overlooked a walk way, it was bright in our room the whole night so I found it very difficult to sleep.

Super soft and comfortable bed. Loved the freestanding bath.
