Location fabulous and Dorothy was a life saver!! Conixion did not show up to take me to my flight to nz. Dorothy drive me herself and got me to the airport with minutes to skate. Shame on conixion !!!!!

There was no scrubbing brush and our oven/stove didn't work

The view was amazing! Right across the road from the beach. The tram and bus stations were across the road and were very handy!

about ten minutes car ride from the airport. A fairly basic motel but clean and spacious, ticked the boxes for a business trip on a budget. Hosts live on site and are very helpful and friendly. Good shops for food and groceries are very nearby.

No air conditioning (as advertised so we were aware) but any hotter than 30c air-conditioning would be good. Toilet didn't flush easily.

The view is 10/10 fantastic from our room, great view of the beach. The room was clean. The staff were very accommodating when we needed something and the pool is perfect temperature and size! Very relaxed outdoor area.

Slightly negative feedback: - Guests will need to buy their shampoo and conditioner and body wash as they are not provided at the apartment. - Windows were locked for safety reasons but there’s poor air ventilation as there’s no AC inside. - I guess I was a bit surprised by the “throw your trash bags before checking out” policy as the places that my boyfriend and I went to don’t have this practice but it’s also good to help out the cleaners.

We checked in during after hours and the transaction was smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious and the location was great as it is close to Surfers Paradise, shopping centers that you can enjoy and traveling made easy because of the nearby tram. The beds were very comfy.

The only one thing is they couldn't tell us if we could check in early until the day. We had a wedding to go to and wanted to access the room to get ready. In the end we were able to access it an hour early which was perfect. But it would have been good to know this beforehand.

The location is amazing. Straight across the road from the beach. The pool and spa are also great. Comfortable bed and everything you need. I asked the receptionist for a coffee plunger and first she said they didn't have one. Later that day we came back and there was a coffee plunger on the kitchen bench. I was so grateful.

Good location close to the beach although the view from the room was ocean side rather than ocean front. I arrived after hours but had good instructions to access the property.

While the apartment was clean, there were couple of areas on the carpet where appeared to be large stains

Location was excellent on beachfront and great ocean and mountain views. Receptionist Dorothy was very welcoming and offered great local information. Light rain stop at street intersection.
