Toilet was rocking and very low to the floor. Shower head diverter didn't work completely work so water continued to flow from faucet. Breakfast was cold powder eggs, cold sausage.

Close to area we were going to. Easy freeway access. Large room.

The pool was dirty, and the bathroom wall looked either dirty, or like the paint was chipping.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were EXCELLENT! Very I slept wonderfully because of how comfortable they were. The breakfast was good, too!

Laundry facility.

Decent place to stay and affordable. Good breakfast, rooms are comfortable and clean. Has laundry but don't use washer and Dryer they are outside and smell. Otherwise ok.

The room I stayed in had flickering lights. The bathroom door had a hole where someone had punched it. The shower handrail is not secured. The shower curtain rod is bent and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The door to come in and out of the room wasn’t completely sealed when closed. The 2 switches in the bathroom only 1 turned on the fan the light switch for the bathroom was outside by the sink. The room didn’t have good lighting.

The room served a purpose of “somewhere to sleep.”

Front desk was WOW!!! Horrible!!!!! Not inviting at all paid more attention to phone than listening!! There was a young lady and young male that would sit in back on their phones and stayed hidden for customer service. Had to go up to get towels for the pool and was ignored It was a great place! But service from Front dear was the worst I’ve ever been at

The customer service was my biggest complaint. The manager was rude! He was upset that he had to take care of his bee problem and didn't care that my daughter was stung and I had a member in my family who was allergic!

The room was good! Mostly clean. It was a little musty but staff came and sprayed and it was much better after that. Stayed a few nights and had no more issues with the smell. But unfortunately some of the staff wasn't very nice. We got back late from going to sea world, our door wouldn't open and my daughter needed to use the restroom and the manager wouldn't let her. I had to switch rooms because there were bees all over our door and they'd enter our room when we'd open it. I didn't get switched till the second night and my daughter got stung. The manager wasn't happy about the bee complaint and that we had to switch rooms. But a member in my group was allergic so I wasn't going to chance it. He gave attitude after the fact. The dryer took forever to dry my clothes so that wasn't great, especially having to was multiple loads. And when I asked for quarters they could only give me $7 when I spent over 20 trying to was 4 loads. So i just decided to wash somewhere else. It's unfortunate that staff was not up to par because I just had a really crappy experience at a previous hotel that I had to get my money back on. If it wasn't in better condition than my last hotel, I would have left. It's not fun paying money for crappy service.

One whole side of the room had no electricity. Unfortunately most of the lighting was on the side with no power so it was dark. Also there were several condoms on the stairs, lots of cigarette butts thrown everywhere.

So close to AT&T center you could walk. Room was clean.

My room door had a large gap at the bottom. Every car that drove by and every outside noise I could hear. I ran the ac all night so I could mask the noises.

The price was high and when i asked why it was so high the clerk said because of the Rodeo..... you should be offering lower prices to those of us who are here with the stock show and rodeo. we are bringing alot of income to your town and you should appreciate that by lower prices to us instead of higher. was very dissapointed in that. also could not understand your clerks language when speaking. that was very frustrating.
