The windows only open a small amount, It would be great is you could open them up much more to give better ventilation, as there is no a/c in the units.

The room was well-sized and good for 4 friends to share over 4 days. Good kitchen facilities and great views of the beach and ocean,

If you want a towel for the pool they are $3 each. When asking the reception lady for a towel she said you need to come at office hours even though she had a key on her. Then gave me a lecture about the policy on towels and told me to read the information sheet........ sorry lady I'm on holidays just want a towel so I can go for a swim. After the lecture she give me the towels for free anyway.

Our apartment was minimally furnished. Only basic cooking utensils and serve ware in kitchen.

Location. Fantastic views of ocean. Proximity to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport. Very helpful manager. Cheaper than most apartments beach side on the Gold Coast. A nice touch was the ability to store luggage and use the pool even after checking out. Very useful for guests with late flights.

Slow elevators.

Had a huge room well set up. Fully self contained. Polite staff very professional. Could,nt give higher score as building was one of the first high rise on the Gold Coast I remember it from the 70,s. However showing its age well. Very clean unbelievable views day and night from 12th floor. Wish i could have stayed longer but my budget was limited.

My apartment had a view of the beach. It was very well furnished with plenty of natural light. The light rail; station was 100 meters from the apartment. So in 3 days I only used my car once.

Great location - on a 10-15 min walk from Cavill avenue and the main sights in Surfers' paradise. 2 min walk from the beach. Close to a tram (G:link) station. Nice balcony with a great view towards the ocean. Equipped with all amenities - big fridge, stove, electric kettle, big flat TV, a balcony that is spacious enough with a table and chairs. WiFi was quite ok for casual browsing. There is laundry service in the residential building. There's an outiside pool center with two pools that you can use - one of them being hot tub (sometimes it happens that the water in it cools down a bit), and the other one being standard swimming pool, a few meters long.

The bed could have been better but it was comfortable enough. A sharp knife and decent chopping board would be nice but these are just minor things.

Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the apartment. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarket. No air con wasn't a problem as we visitied in August. The apartment was very clean, spacious and bright. We were also able to early check in which was much appreciated.

The fact that the property isn't air conditioned means that I would not stay there during summer but perfect throughout the rest of the year.

The apartment was very well priced and fabulous location & beautiful view. Staff were lovely and very helpful with check in and out. It had everything I needed for a couple of nights attending a conference, without the price tag of a flash hotel.
