The bathroom in my room was really small so if you were two people may be a bit tight

The location was perfect to explore Adelaide fringe shows as it was a short walk to the gardens, the room was spacious and clean!

Bathroom shower didn’t have a door and the water sprays out all over floor nothing really to prevent it n no bath floor mat to step into we used the hand towel to use instead and it got soaked from the water spraying out needs a small barrier inbetween shower and bathroom or a door to prevent whole bathroom getting soaked

Was very comfortable nice room with a lot of space! Was a lot bigger then expected which was good in a good location staff were nice and wasn’t to busy so was very good

Great roomy, well equipped room, loved the balcony, but the bathroom too pokey...impossible to keep dry. And the main door...almost impossible to open. I had to use my shoulder! Easy street parking.

Pool wasn’t open until 11am (check out time) on the Sunday. Bathroom had missing tiles, toothpaste marks on the wall. The bond was taken out and still is pending. Was advised it may take 7 business days to be returned even though no expenses were incurred. Great customer service on check in Room was spacious and bed was comfy

The staff were very friendly/helpful Pool was clean and had a good view Room was good but a little small especially in the bathroom which needed a shower curtain as the floor was flooded and there was no where to keep your soap and shampoo etc in the shower. On the blanket on the bed there were a few stains as well. Overall was a good stay

The shower over the bath was not good, the side was too high, i almost slipped to get out. The sign in the bathroom asked us to conserve water, Please consider spending the money to remove the bath and put in a walk in shower. The water pressure was not good at all either, the rain shower head makes it worse. Need a smaller shower head.

The shower firring leaked, was loose and was not a great shower. The silly glass design meant the towels got wet and it was not sealed against the wall. Annd the bed was pretty ordinary comfort wise. The rest was fine.

Check in was long winded, reception was having a bad day. Directions to parking were very vague, ended up driving around the block when parking was across the street. For everyone else’s benefit, Wilson’s Parking is under the Christian Brothers College on the same street of the hotel- Flinders St, not down the end of the street opposite the nets which is what we were told. Bed is very hard.

Good location, close to the city. Room was nicely laid out, had stocked mini bar, clean & well appointed.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit, which was strange. Not a huge issue but not expected

1. Stop sending heaps of emails and txts. One email asking arrival time. Another telling me carpark booked, but still asking arrival time after l had replied. Then another to say room booked away from lift as asked. A txt asking f o r arrival time. At reception, lovely lass, but could hardly understand her. All these things had to sign. Already paid, but had to hand over another $100 for insurance we didnt trash room. Other org take note of CC and take $1. Don't get $100 back for 5 work days. No one does that anymore. Toilet running continulessly. TV hard to navigate and kept glytching off. Toilet brush holder had not been dusted or washed for ages. Outside shutter blinds whistled all night, due to strong wind. Bed harder than usual, but slept ok. The staff were very accommodating, helpful, and nice. Take all the fridge stuff out, full to the brim. Could do with a toaster or microwave. Lighting in bathroom too dark. Hard to put makeup on. Black roof makes the room very dark too. Won't use again. We come to Adel overnight many times, but will give Soho a miss.

Parking outside was easy. Great Thai restaurant. Quiet. Room size good and decorated well. Bathroom well appointed, shower good.

Pillows weren't very comfortable. Street noise was quite loud in the mornings. Shower screens did nothing to stop water from going everywhere in the bathroom.

Location was awesome. Car park was convenient. Room was good enough for what we needed.
