The only facility I didn’t enjoy was the pool. It was really cold at first but got used to the temperature. I would still prefer the water to be more heated so that more people would actually go. Some of the people I was staying over with refused to go due to the coldness of the pool. Other then that the rest was amazing 🤩

I enjoyed the food of the breakfast and the quick responses of the staff members. The settings of lunch and dinner was amazing and the beds were very comfy. I also enjoyed the room and views there. I enjoyed the facilities like the gym and the kayaking spot. Keep up the good work 😊

Furnishings etc in our room were quite dated. Probably a bit overpriced in comparison but better than travelling home late from an event at the resort.

The facilities in the room require upgrade. Coffee machine (pods) would be beneficial , appliance (kettle) needs an upgrade. Bathroom amenities were not provided (soap/body wash/showercap) body lotion etc.

The facilities are fantastic, water sports on the lagoon were the best and the pool was very clean and lovely to swim in and the bar staff made delicious cocktails.

Communication regarding breakfast was disappointing. There was no communication regarding having to register everyday to get the discounted breakfast deal. Two of our family members did not have an alternative email address so was expected to pay $40 to eat with us, so they didn’t join us. Another family member who was already an Accor member also had to register to get the same discount. Just didn’t make sense. In addition only card transaction was acceptable to purchase drinks, food and or snacks which incurred a fee for the transaction, and for some family members who have travelled from overseas mostly had cash, so they weren’t able to freely pay for things so other family members did in there behalf. Disappointing

When I asked if there was a communal microwave available at Novotel while making a reservation, I was told that they could provide one in the room upon request for $10 a day. So, I brought some food for my kids. Despite asking several times from check-in onwards, I didn't receive any response and ended up throwing away the food. At checkout, there was an extra charge of $20, and when I inquired about a refund, they said they could arrange it but I had to wait until the next day. Feeling increasingly frustrated about not receiving the promised service, I questioned why I had to wait again for a refund. Only then did they finally refund me. I can't understand why they didn't just say they couldn't provide the microwave from the beginning, as we would have never requested it. Even if there had been a microwave, we intended to use the hotel restaurant

It was great because the kids had a fun time. They enjoyed kayaking during the day and playing ping pong and games at night Also, the room had been renovated, so it was cleaner than last year, which was great.

We had to ugrate our room $40 extra, the room we booked was below standard, old furniture and bathroom, old stained carpet with bits coming off, Walls and ceiling paint peeling off.

double bed was two singles pushed together, i kept slipping between beds. Cockroaches and other insects within room. Bathroom/shower was dirty, outdated and shower head not accessible for tall people.

Too far for the reception and restaurant , and got lost with hardly any signs where to go . Not enough staffing for early departure without car to move luggage when multiple groups waiting at the same time.

The whole resort is looking tired and in disrepair. Sections were closed for maintenance however they’ve been closed for months and a few years. It’s disappointing

Room had sand throughout. No smart tv or way to watch Netflix other then on mobile phone or device brought with us.
