The showers in the second floor did not have hangers. Also, after one minute of shower water was escaping through the door.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms in general were comfortable.

I stayed there 4 nights, was the best hostel I've stayed in Bosnia.. The staff are so kind and helpful Jina& Muna were super twins sisters running out the family business.. The cozy atmosphere make you feel you self in your house not in a hostel with rules.. The place in the heart of the old town a few steps to thw restaurants, cafe, to everything.. I highly recommend this hostel

Gina and Tina have been the kindest and friendliest hosts. After arriving late after a day of traveling, they were incredibly warm and welcoming (and even upgraded my bed free of charge for unseen circumstances!). The following day they have plenty of great recommendations for things to do in Sarajevo (and recommendations for the rest of BiH). I would highly recommend this hostel! Thank you Gina and Tina!

M'y bed was a bit run down, and some careless customers take no care in maintaining the common areas clean. When the official staff is not at the desk, be ready to address customers playing at the frontdesk!

Location is amazing, couldn't be better, at the center of the bazaar! Gina is very helpful and knowledgeable, trust her to help you in any way she can despite the huge workload at the hostel!

There were fleas in the bedroom. I lived for two days. My face, arms and legs were bitten by fleas.

Toilets could be a little bit more often checked for cleaning or separate for man/woman.

Big cozy bright room! Location is amazing, in a heart of Baščaršija! People are welcoming. In front of the hostel is lounge with shisha and nice music during whole day. Best ćevapčići just behind the corner. We loved it!

There's no window in the room. Old, uncomfortable beds, poor furniture. Super loud music during the night (there's bar in the same backyard as the hostel). Definitely not suitable for staying with kids (and even without them). Booking.com should consider removing this place off the list.

Location is great. Ladies at the desk were the nicest. Super helpful, understanding, kind, good english, the best. That was the only pros of our stay and I am sorry for them that I have to write this negative review. They did everything they possible could to help us.

The dormitory is a room of 12 beds. There are too much beds and some are just matelnlas on the floor and it costs 20 euros a night. So it is uncomfortable and too expensive.

The hostel is very well located and it’s cheap for the quality of service they offer. The staff was friendly and I had an amazing welcoming, they also guided me to the bus station for the airport to make sure I find it. I had a super great stay at hostel lion so I recommend it !

Stay away! Smelly, dirty, old. The bathroom smelled and it went into the sleeping room, the shower was clogged, there were bugs on the bed.

I was insulted, threatened by the receptionist guy and also told that I as a tourist should be scammed. The room was dirty, full of the dead bugs, spiderwebs and the walls were broken. The shower was also broken too and everything was really dirty. The sheets had stains on it and were also broken. The room was initially 50€ per night. It’s super loud and the just sweet talk you and play a victim. Like the lady at reception that is complaining that she has to do 45 beds alone. And that is their family business. Like I care. I came here to leave my money. So after I complained they still charged me 15€ for 2 h that I had the room before I noticed all of this.
