Hotel temperature is very warm, so you can go from the swimming pool to your room with a simple robe. In the middle of an energy crisis, this seems quite ridiculous. The rooms are really hot and you can't open the windows. Parking in the street for free, otherwise 17 euros per day

It used to be a great hotel, now I find it rather outdated. Some rooms have very small beds, I wonder why they say they are double beds. This hotel is the absolutely worst in administration. They never manage to do anything correct. And I don't just say this after one bad experience, I am saying this after over a dozen of bad experiences.

I liked everything else in the hotel but for the fact that there was no heating in the room on the second night of our stay. I informed the staff twice in the morning and each time they promised to send someone to look at it but no one came to fix the issue. It was very cold in the room.

only down side was ordered food from lovely hotel restaurant but didn’t elaborate the chicken ceaser salad had fish in it which makes me sick so was a bit of miscommunication! other than that could not fault at all and can’t wait to return!!!

There may be some noise heard from a high-way, unfortunately.

It is a big hotel, yet you do not feel lost in it. I was offered a free upgrade to a better room as all standard rooms were apparently taken (overbooking?). My room was quite large but still pretty cosy; clean and comfortable, too. Complementary tea/coffee/water in the room. There is a small fridge, too. No mini-bar service but one can buy staff in a self-service shop by the reception. Efficient heating system. The staff was very nice and professional. Smooth check-in - check-out. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice (including fantastic chocolate cakes...). The hotel is located in the outskirts of Antwerp, but there is a tram line nearby (10 minutes walk) which takes you to the centre of the city and the Central Station. And if you plan a visit in Middelheim area, Expo Antwerp or De Single cultural centre, this is the place to stay.

You can park easily and safely on the street where the hotel is located. Moreover, you can get a bus directly next to the hotel. On the other side of the street is a supermarket, where you can also rent bikes.

double bed was actually 2 single beds that were not attached, room was quite hot and cooling was quite loud. breakfast looked ok but scrambled eggs were cold and crumbly

The airconditioning didn't work very well. I put it on 18°C but i'm pretty sure it was a lot hotter than that. It was very busy that it was hard finding a spot to eat breakfast

I had already paid my reservation on the booking, but the hotel asked me to pay a supplement 5€, so there is no indication for the supplement in the booking advertisement.

Only the room, It was too noisy. You can hear everything from the outside. I think the isolation of the building was poor. They need to changed/renovate the building. But our stay was nice . Worth the money.Great food & staff was nice.
