How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bathroom was clean but i didn't like that it had a bath tub and it was sliding. The room itself was clean but somehow basic.I expected a better looking room at such hotel,however was a good value for the money.
Free parking place across the street .Plenty of them. Nice swimming pool. Clean. Staff was nice. The restaurant staff,excellent. I got a good deal on Bookings, 100 euro per night without breakfast and 118 euro for me and my son. Good smart TV in the room. Good tea and coffee facilities. Nice water tap also on the hallway where you can fill up your bottle with sparkling or still water.

The bathrobes are only for rent with pre-payment of 50 euro that you will get back when you bring back the bathrobes. And the sauna was quite busy, also with kids even after 10 pm in the evening.
The room was super clean and the bed was amazing. We used the bathrobes and towels for the sauna. And the bar had a good choice of cocktails and mocktails.

Hard to control the temperature in the room. As the room we had the sun was directly on the window most of the day.
Very clean, great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size.

The room was clean and energy efficient. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows! The location was very convenient. Parking was convenient and free but across a well-traveled road, making access and departure from the lot a bit of a challenge.

The room was near the passage door in the corridor! This made it difficult to fall asleep late in the evening and it was very warm in the room.
In the immediate vicinity of the Olympic swimming pool. Easily accessible by car. Nice service.

The bad was very small for 2 people. Accordingly the blanket was very small and uncomfortable. I was surprised that 4 star hotel can have such a small bed for 2 people.

The heating in the rooms doesn’t work properly, not the first time. Too hot but too noisy for open windows. The pool temperature was too hot one day, but ok the next.

shower had low pressure. bedroom door is heavy and slams back into you when you leave room. Breakfast was fine, however bit mediocre. Scrambled eggs were yak/unnatural, low variety bread/pastries, no fresh fruit et.
got free upgrade. Nice swimming pool and sauna etc. several beers on tap at bar. (one is a 'Koninck')

Excellent breakfast and nice staff at the breakfast, helping with a smile, like Joi to mention one. Fitness and swimming pool are a plus because of the long opening hours. Restaurant Anna serves very nice dishes at very normal prices.

The coffee maker seemed to be dirty and the cups were enough for an espresso shot, nothing more. I wanted a cup of tea, but these cups were all too small. The conditioner bottle was empty within a day of use.
I liked the mini fridge in the room & the view.

To reach the Spa and the pool, you need to pass through the lobby area with your bath gown. It may not be a problem for the other visitors, just a personal comment though.
Everything was great! The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of free parking spaces nearby. Very easy to commute to the city center by bus.

Room had a bottle ”go get sparkly water at the fountain”. There was no sparkly water Also got locked out of the hotel because night bell was not working I frequently stay in Antwerpen and of these things are solved likely this place again
