The room had a bad noise isolation; we could hear people in the corridor but not anything from outside the hotel. The wooden floors kept creaking and the bathroom door is very old, room could use some renovation and better cleaning.

The hotel was in a good location. Most attractions could be visited easily on foot and the metro was located right outside the back door of the hotel for those further afield. The property was clean with excellent facilities.

Several guests came back late (1am) and were noisy in the hall, which came through very audibly to the room. I liked the mattress topper so much that I asked about it, but the reply (automated?) sent me to their website without telling me which product it was, and the website (a) is in the US, (b) doesn't seem to have the topper that they had in Brussels.

Modern and clean. Very nice breakfast with lots of good fruit. Good coffee in the room. Very comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows. Good food at the restaurant. Kind staff. I liked the water station. Generous check-out (12:00) and we were given early check-in.

Excellent staff in reception (thank you gentlemen) and restaurant (all so good). Great size room, beautiful powerful, spotless shower. Great location. Decor is beautiful. They also have (assess/partnership) for a 90min free walking-tour guide. Ask for and book Alisa at the Double Tree reception desk. Alisa is knowledgeable, insightful, clearly passionate about her tours, respectful of giving you time to ask questions plus take in the moments. Alisa is an excellent guide. You won’t be disappointed.

Wish the wardrobe was bigger, for the size of the room, the wardrobe felt undersized.

Room (Small suite) was lovely! Loads of space to move about. Lovely view of the botanical gardens across the road. The bathroom was a good size. However, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them. They made our stay extra special as it was my fiancés 30th birthday, she was enjoyed the day very much!

Price is a bit high for one night.

Room was modern and spacious, location very good close to the train station and to the main attractions. Staff is very nice and helpful. We got a warm cookie when we arrived, there is coffee in the room and free water in the corridor. It is very nice hotel I would go back.

The lady we found at the reception on the day we checked in was very lovely and so helpful. The hotel is well maintained & the rooms are quite spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing, we had a lot to choose from. The location is great, there’s a shopping mall right next to the hotel.

Sound proofing can be better (walls and door) Sirens almost never stop! but that’s not on the hotel itself.

The location was convenient especially if you plan to use public transportation. The rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable, I also tried room service and the food + dessert were great! And yes the welcoming cookies are very delicious

My daughters room had a dismantled air conditioner when they got to it but they were given another room when they reported it to reception.

Great location, easy walking distance to many sites of interest. Rooms very comfortable, coffee machine & great showers.
