After coming to hotel at midnight, my room smelled of cigarette smoke, which I can't stand. I complained at the reception who promptly gave me another room. I suspect the hotels air vents carried the smoke from someone else. The receptionist on duty accepted my complaint and gave me a voucher for a free drink.

Breakfast expensive. Proximity to noisy bars (room 324) this has clearly been a problem before as ear plugs provided in the room - which was good). Paper cups in the bathroom not glasses. No safe, Iron and Ironing board would be helpful. No drinks facilities in the room which would be good at this price point.

Good location, rooms were basic but very functional. Staff helpful no problems handling bicycles. Plug in the bathroom sink worked (you wouldn't believe how many don't). Bed and pillow very comfortable. Air conditioned room.

The hotel is rather old and lacks soundproofing. In the evening, when our neighbours opened their door, it felt as if they were in our room. We were also woken up by this which is unpleasant. The room is clean except for the bathroom door (big black hand on the door) which makes us question the cleaning.... The shower clearly lacks a door, which turns the bathroom into an Asian-style wet room. We tried to use the, rather thin and old, towels to dry the floor a bit but this was not sufficient and left us without towels. Breakfast is pricey, there is a cheaper, and nicer option on the marketplace.

Spacious room (but it lacks furnishing and hooks). Comfortable beds. Good heater/cooler system. Quiet room looking out onto a blind wall. The hotel is right in the city center, all sights are within walking distance. There is an (underground) public car park very close to the hotel. It wasn't bad but I am sure you can find nicer places.

Room arrangement - not very comfortable. Poor quality hair drier. Towels - very old and of extremely long-time use. The 1st two days the soap box was empty and was not refilled after 1st request.

No Hotel Parking space . We had to use the public undergrounds parking which is located only 30 meters from the hotel. Of course this added up to over 20 Euro per day/night . But thanks God the parking was so close to the hotel.

Rooms where ok , IBIS size . Breakfast was great but at times it happened that there was no bacon or sausages ready to serve as they were preparing it in the kitchen. The fresh orange juice machine ( self service ) was TOP :-) Reception, lobby bar staff was only one person at all time ( changed according to shift ) maybe 2 staff would have permitted them and clients to engage more with the hotel staff . All very friendly though if we asked for something. Breakfast we also saw only one staff during the breakfast time and despite being busy they were always friendly and smiling . Room cleaning staff, extremely friendly, well done ! Location is central.
