We requested two single beds but they provided the beds as one bed. We didn't receive any notification in advance saying that they couldn't provide the beds. The lady's desk told us that they didn't have more options. When a member of the staff came to fix a phone we asked him to help us and he moved the beds. So we had two separated single beds.

It was spotless. I loved the beds and the toilet with a nice shower.

We booked a twin room with 2 separate single beds as advertised on booking.com, but what we got was 2 single beds pushed together as you would have a double/king size with 2 single duvets. It’s not beds we could have separated because it had 1 big headboard.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. Thor hotel EU is located to many attractions which are walking distance. The Metro is approximately 7 minutes walk to the hotel which is 6 stops direct from Eurostar station.

The location suited us, we specifically chose the hotel for its proximity for the Brussel 20km run. But it is not in a tourist area and bars and restaurants are scarce - especially over the weekend. However there are 2 metros within walking distance.

Our room was large room and was beautifully decorated and furnished. The armchairs, desk, nespresso machine (and kettle) and the mini fridge (with bottled water) were so useful, it was great! The bathroom was a good size and the shower was enormous. The bathroom toiletries were fabulous. All staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Im not a big fan of the color design (bright green) and the bed which was more like two twin mattresses pushed together. The blankets were also twin size- perhaps this was made because I was traveling solo- but a larger comforter would have been nicer. Aside from the aesthetic comments, overall, the hotel is very comfortable.

Great location for work and nearby some very good restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is very good. They have a lot of gluten free options (good for me).

Vicinity far from being the nicest but if you walk 10 min you'll find nicer place. Hotel parking is quiet expensive (hopefully public parking is free during the weekend).

Nice staff. Quiet and confortable room (good soundproofing) - even if I was not a big fan of the decoration (but that's not a big deal). Decent breakfast (could be considered expansif though).

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like this, but I was very excited about the breakfast. And I was prepared to pay the price for it. However, my eggs and my bacon were slightly cool. I did figure for that price that there would be someone making fresh to order breakfast items such as eggs Benedict. 

I love the location, the friendly staff that seem to speak so many languages and will answer all your questions. it was clean and stylish. I even use the gym which was fully equipped. I enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant during my stay there

Everything..room was super quiet and cosy,spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly..the hotel is just next to parking place,metro station and EU institutions buildings just some meters away..in general I would definitely stay again.

in accommodation for families, I think it should be more private, the TV should have access to You Tube, Netflix I thought the Thon TV system was very bad.
