“Everything was perfect at this hotel!! Located close to the most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen, great little hike, caves and surrounded by stunning nature. But the highlight of this experience was the staff. We were welcomed with kindness, consideration and genuine enthusiasm. Pavel and Vesi brought smiles to our faces every time we interacted. The food was FANTASTIC and every dining experience felt 5 star!! The sauna and steam room was a real treat after being out in the cold all day.
