Also, the staff wanted to pay them 2 times. They confirmed the reservation and then texted that the property is full and we need to go to another hotel I another city. When we arrived at the second hotel the staff tried to overcharge us - the initial offer was 70 BGN per night and they wanted to charge us 130 BGN per night. We argued and as a result they charged us 80 BGN.”
