The room was a bit noisy from the passing cars.

We had a nice spacious double room with a huge balcony and a sea-view. The whole place was sparkling clean. The A/C was new, working really well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a convinient store downstairs and some nice beach bars at a walking distance. The breakfast was ok. Has large parking. Good value for money.

The internet was a bit slow, but all in all not an inconvenience.

Everything was better than expected. Big room and balcony, welcoming staff, cleanliness and comfortable bed. There is ample parking space and two shops that work until late at night. Very quiet location, a few mins away by car from Sozopol, but perfect if you want to be based near the Kavatsi camping grounds.

The hotel was a little away from center to walk so had to use cabs. But cabs was easy to get

Breakfast was great. 5 or 5 copious choices, free coffee. Location: not too far from the beach, which is good, on the main road, whch is not so good. If you are disturbed by load motorcycles in the middle of the night, ask for a room facing the backyard. Parking was great and free.

Shower head was falling off the shower head holder so you have to shower holding the shower head, but it wasn't much of a problem. Also no elevator.

Our room had a sea view. The location is a 3 min walk to the beach yet at night it was quiet so you dont hear any music from the beach bars. bus stop to/from Sozopol is right in front of the hotel. Beds were comfortable; quiet aircon; friendly staff. Also the cleanliness was exceptional and breakfast had variety of baked goods each morning. Lastly, spacious parking at the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach. Parking is good, there were always spaces available(we used the car constantly to go to Sozopol etc).

It was extremely clean and fresh, the staff was friendly, positive and well mannered. Great location, couple minutes from the beach. The food was delicious. My family would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. The only downside (not really the hotel's fault) was that there is no way to get to Sozopol on foot.

they cleaned our room every day, the food was delicious and at fair prices, great location - 10 min away from the beach on foot, there is a food store right next to the hotel, in the room we had A/C, television, a fridge, a very comfy bed, a balcony, the staff was very polite. We definitely recommend it!

The hotel is appr. 350 m from the beach and for us it was OK. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was well organized and good.

Busy road, absence of swimming pool

The hotel is situated on a busy road and doesn’t have a swimming pool. It neighbours a construction site. On the other hand, it does offer guest parking which is rare for Sozopol and is walking distance to the Kavatzi beach. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. It’s a property best used for short stays rather than a relaxing longer break.

The only thing we did not like were the beds which were uncomfortable and for couples sleeping on double beds, each time the person next to you moves a bit, you can feel that as if there’s an earthquake.
