All important things regarding facilities, room, professionalism of the staff were absolute first rate. Breakfast and dinner were always well-prepared and dining room staff were also pleasant, helpful and very professional.

BulgariaI would like to remind the management that the crowded hotel will not bring the desired sustainable business. It may be profitable today, but people who will not return tomorrow or will not recommend the hotel will be an obstacle to future growth. In the conditions of highly competitive environment and unfavorable socio-economic situation, as well as taking into account the capacity of the common areas (restaurant, spa, etc.), my personal recommendation is simply to catch people's hearts. Of 100 people. Not thousand. With those impeccable staff and the benefits of nature. I think it will be your most successful business model.
Definitely the greatest asset of this hotel is the wonderful staff. Four of the five stars shine because of their (1) smiles, (2) responsiveness (3) patience and (4) qualifications. Of course there are disadvantages, but you have my admiration for all those people who skillfully cover the negative feelings and make the guests feel special. I fully recommend to visit Grand Hotel Pomorie, because of the unique riches of nature in the spa, because of the good therapists, because of the delicious food in the restaurant, because of the smiling staff, because of the clean rooms… to feel special!

BulgariaGrumpy Piccolo, instead of helping you, scolds you for not being able to enter through the door with a large suitcase. Flat and collapsed mattress, quite uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel needs a good facility manager, in many places there are torn sofa cushions, small damages and etc. Lack of enough tables for two in the restaurant, during the pandemic you are forced to dine with eight other strangers on a big table.
Spacious rooms with sea view. Nice and large bathrooms with everything you need available. Very good spa. Nice lady working at the reception. Delicious food. They also have vegan options available, I'm not, but I think it's a good addition to the menu.

BulgariaWe booked our stay through booking.com. Unfortunately, at the moment of booking, the site does not provide you with the information on special discounts that are available at the hotel. As we found out later, while staying at the hotel, each fall the hotel provides special discounts for all pensioners. Upon arrival, the personnel at the reception did not inform us about such a discount as well. When we accidentally found out about such a promo, we got disappointed as there had been a chance to save our money a bit. So we strongly recommend checking the official website of the hotel for special offers and discounts before booking your stay. On Booking.com you won't find any. Also, medical and spa procedures held in the medical center of the hotel do not correspond to the requirements and if you really want to include medical treatment in your stay, better do it in the special medical center next to the hotel. But if you want only to relax in the spa - this hotel is your best choice!
One of the best SPAs in the region. Very satisfying buffet for breakfasts and dinners. Friendly staff. Looks like since our last stay the rooms have been renovated and now look much better. Also, the cleanliness of the facilities has been improved.

SPA and pools are wonderful, the breakfast is rich and tasty, both the room and the balcony are large and there is a very nice sea view. The bathroom is very well equipped. The beach is right in front of the hotel and there are also a couple of beach bars. In Pomorie there are a few places to visit: the Thracian dome tomb, the "Sveti Georgi" Monastery, the salt lake, the Embankment.
