The rooms completely smelled of smoke. Even in the hallways the rooms were pungent with a smell you can't escape. The toilet could have been cleaner as it felt not up to standard. I didn't like that i had to give my key to the desk everytime I left.

The bed was great and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were also incredibly friendly and available at anytime to offer assistance and help. The location is very easy to get to via train.

Smelt like cigarettes a lot in the building . Couldn’t open windows so felt a bit dusty and couldn’t get any fresh air into the rooms.

The hotel room was a bit small and there was a faint occasional smell of smoke

The cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the exceptional service from the staff, made my stay enjoyable. The well-designed bathroom with separate dry and wet areas was also a notable highlight. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future due to its excellent location and the overall positive experience I had during my visit.

The hotel is old, very old, and I get the feeling it was a very different type of hotel until not to long ago. The bed was hard, very hard, so if you need a soft bed this isn't the place for you. If this hotel wasn't in Japan I'd consider it clean but by Japanese standards it's lacking.

The location itself is good, in the heart of kabukicho, the staff were friendly and if all you're looking for is a place to crash for the night it's pretty good.

Quite far from JR Shinjuku station. Rooms are quite old and some parts of the wall are starting to peel off.

hotel is situated in an ideal location, most things walking distance. very close to busy streets but not loud at night. hotel staff very helpful and friendly with 24 hr desk.

I can hear the sound from outside and it is annoyed for me. If you don't smoke, please choose non-smoking room because I chose smoking-room at that time, the smoking smell is too strong when I entered the room.

The room is nice and it is near the Shijuku station so that transportation is comfortable. The price also cheap. The room is very clean and nice place.

There was no problem. Everything was excellent!

The hotel location is not too far from Kabukicho, Shinjuku 5 mins away. The room is very clean with towels provided, has a microwave in the room and has space for your luggage. Staffs are very friendly. Before going out you must leave your hotel key at the front desk. So you wont't loose it and pay for loosing the hotel key.

I found multiple hairs in the room that did NOT belong to me. Overall cleanliness was an issue.

The staff were very kind. They stored my luggage for free, even on the day we checked out. The location is great for those who want to enjoy night life.

The room was extremely dirty to the point where we found hairs in the fridge, rubbish outside the window on the window ledge and we ended up with bed bugs in our bed and ended up covered in bites.

The property was in a prime location and easily accessible to all metro stops
