The staff are nice, but probably I'm used to them being a bit more friendly - other than that everything was great.

The location is absolutely perfect! Breakfast was amazing - really loved it! We were on floor 11, so the view was perfect. The room was modern and the TV was smart, so we could watch whatever we wanted on YouTube.

During squeezing of water around the pool need to try avoid to do it close to the people in the pool!! Put more seat around the pool even the chears will be OK. Parking can be free of charge for expensive rooms or families !!

I also commented on the quality of the food (especially cheese) served in the breakfast room during my previous visit. Please pay attention to the quality of the product. Cheese is the base of a good breakfast. Additionally, the products that were tried to be served in the hot corner (e.g. sausage, bacon) were cold. Although all hotel staff are very sympathetic, the breakfast room staff are very grumpy. Even though I called them "Good morning" in English and Bulgarian, for three days morning, they did not respond. Still ,I love you all :-) . Thank you.

Reception Staff were excellent. All the people at the reception were friendly and helpful. Also the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Thanks to all staff.

Don't really remember anything. Great choice for a business trip.

Central location. Good parking. Spotless room (I had a large one on the upper floor). We ate only in the hotel all the time with a couple of exceptions, but the restaurant is great breakfast and a la carte- all good. The SPA zone/pool is very good.

Rooms are a bit small just bed and toilet. Employees were a bit stiff not really talking english some was talking turkish a bit, so we managed. But we couldn’t find smiling faces and kind manners that we used to have.

Parking slot - 20 BGN is not very expensive, but on the street, around the hotel.... Booking of parking is impossible (we have been informed in advance, but for such a hotel it's very unusual...our observation).

In the bathroom there was a hanger that was loose. The breakfast is pretty basic. Not for a 4 stars hotel. Great selection of fruits though.

The room itself was not what I expected. If my ft conversion is right, then the room is smaller than what I booked. The room number was 1002. The room itself was next to the wall of the hotel and had very strange dimensions. The shape was like a kid cutting with scissors and did not make a straight line.

20 lev a night for car park under the hotel. It's very tight for large cars. You need to be very lucky to get a car parking space in front of the hotel.

This is our 4th stay. Always clean, comfortable bed. Good views. Breakfast is fantastic. The spa gym is a clean and good chilling experience. The location is good. There are plenty of cafes, shops, banks and restaurants nearby.

The wellness area was quite small, there was a lot of water on the floor besides the saunas and steam room, making it quite slippery and dangerous. The water in the pool wasn’t very clean.

The biggest asset is the night bar "Sinatra" inside the hotel. Do not miss that awesome live music place! Overall, the hotel is new, clean, has nice breakfast, views and SPA. For the price and location it is a no brainer.
