A little bit small room for 4 star hotel. You can’t put your lobby bar bill to your room. Too much homeless and beggars around the hotel, you don’t have the chance to smoke a cigarette out without being asked for spare money… But if you don’t talk to them/ignore them/, they leave.

Payment of the parking in addition to the room rate. For a 4* hotel charging additional taxes is not a pleasant surprise.

Everything is great. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nice. Also the swimming pool is great. Breakfast is super quality and a lot of choice. Highly recommend this hotel, best in Burgas.

Every things is changed in Bulgaria. It is not as before. During 1970-75 I was going to Brussel from Istanbul to study there.At that time you were not allowed to stay the night and visit the cities. But now there is highway and you travel by car up to 140/150km /h; Plenty of non stop music broadcast in the road you will feel comfortable; coffee shops every 20 km in fuel station with modern construction; Expresso and Capucino is a regular offer for guests. The prices are very reasonable.

First of all ,I visit Bulgaria with my car and there was a parking facilities.Nice people and good size for a room. Location is good near shopping area. I need to stay more time in order to give more detail.

On the day of check-in, the staff at the reception were so unpleasant that they even spoiled the start of the holiday, when I asked about the possibility of check in 2 hours earlier, without even checking the reservation, they bitterly replied that the rooms were not ready. More than, I had booked three rooms for my family, two of them were on the 11th floor and one on the 4th floor. When I asked if it was possible to get rooms on the same floor, without even checking, she strictly answered - NO. But I want to thank the woman who was there on the day of departure, she was really helpful.

The rooms was realy comfortable and clean, the location - perfect. I liked breakfast too.

excellent hotel, located in the perfect position in town of Burgas, everything is a walking distance. Water in the shower was excellently soft, pleasure to bath. for the price it's definitely good stay.

The belini cocktails made in the bar downstairs were not particularly nice, overly sweet with the strawberry syrup used. Thats all though (and they werent expensive)

We stayed there 6 nights and the breakfast was mostly the same every morning; in the end it got a little boring to eat the same food everyday. The staff at the reception was quite rude; not customer service oriented at all (no hello or welcome when we came etc). The cleaning lady in the 10th floor however was really nice - she should be at the reception! :)

We lived on the 13th floor, it was quite warm, dont know how is in summer time, conditioner did not help. Overall very good.

Very well located with a nice environment hotel. Staff is very helpful: from housekeeping to reception and spa . All nice!! Very good breakfast, wide range of choice, spa- amazing, views, location.
