The bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

The staff is friendly but speaks very little English. We rented a room as an overnight stay to go to the airport so the location was OK. They also have parking available, so that was good. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was quite uncomfortable. Last time we stayed here, the bed was great so I guess it might be depending on the room. There's a nice bakery nearby, and I highly recommend you try it. It's got awesome sweets and nice breakfast choices.

Everything was great.

A nice small hotel with excellent location - close to a bus stop and has an easy connection to the city centre. There is also a private parking, which is really convenient. Rooms are nice and specious and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for great value for money or just a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Would have been great if they offered some bottled water in the room. Not everyone drinks tap water especially if you traveling and I found myself searching for bottle water in the middle of the night which I didn't get till the next morning

Our room was located over the car wash bay and it is very noisy when they are operating the jet wash equipment. No problem at night but you have no chance you can sleep in.

I expected a wall between the bedroom and the "living area" but may be i didn't read the description good which is on me. Overall, was great.

The size of the bed, it was also the reason we chose the hotel in the first place. Travelling with 2 small kids was perfect.

Loud car wash in the building, tiny balcony. And it is really far from the city centre.

We liked it, all was clean, parking places near the house were available. One time we forgot our card in the room, and communication with administrator was a real relief she solved our problem in one moment even she was not at the building.

No real downsides, there was the dim noise of the carwash below, but as I was situated at the opposite side and I arrived on a rainy day, this was neglectable.

Arriving at the location, I was able to leave my car at the parking lot of the carwash attached to the hotel, which is already a huge plus in a big city. After the check-in, I entered a massive room with king size bed and a large, comfortable bathroom. Price/quality wise, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

There was parking but the space was tight as the parking had to be shared with the car wash that is located under the hotel. There is a school right across the street and it get get noisy on top of cars being washed.

Nice staff, very helpful, there is a nice restaurant near by, there is parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is obviously new, and there are a lot bakeries and coffee shops near by.

Easy to get to location with free parking meaning having a hire car was ideal. Easy and frequent transport into central Sofia. The room and bed was massive which was lovely and clean. Great restaurants and bakeries along with supermarkets close by

Lovely place with friendly staff and spacious rooms. If you're looking for a family run hotel with the welcoming heart, go here. They do not offer meal options but in walking distance you'll find everything you need. The room was spotless clean and as I was staying for one night only, this is all I'm looking for.

Great location in a nice neighborhood and close to South Park. There was free parking, the hotel is new and nice, bedsheets and towel were soft and good, water pressure and hot water were great. Everything you need for a short stay in Sofia :)
