We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceSeparation door sleeping room to bathroom & toilet is not a real closed door to make the proper separation. Occupants of villas cannot access the spa center in the Boutique Hotel, which has the only indoor swimming pool in the complex. If weather is bad, this is a unpleasant inconvenient.
The site is large and well maintained. Staff is professional and friendly. View and silence is superb.

RomaniaCleaning the room has occurred every 2 days. It may happen more often. Hot water comes very late on the bathroom tap.
The spa facilities are outstanding. The 2 swimming pools may fulfill the greatest expectations. The morning view from the balcony is breathtaking. One may spend a couple of days without getting bored. The rooms are generous and the minibar is free. No alcohol though.

BelgiumWe did not receive any information at arrival. We were told to read the info in the folder in the apartment. We were not given an access card for the facilities. Cleaning is limited to taking away the garbadge bins and the towels left on the floor. No swiping of floors or arranging of beds. There was a specific stale smell in the apartment. If one is a guest of Club House, they are not allowed to use the facilities of ghe Boutique hotel. When we made the reservation, it was mentioned that we can use the indoor swimming pool, but we were not allowed to use it. In the reservation it was mentioned that we can pay additionallly for lunch or dinner, but we were not allowed. There is a problem with the local transport - golf buggies are given and driven by very young children - it was dangerous in the evening especially, as they did not respect pedestrians. Most of the buggies have no headlights and allies are not well lightened. Disappointing and we think it was not at all a 5 star service and accomodation, not well managed and maintained.
Perfect view, not crowded, the whole concept of the complex is very good. Kids friendly.

United KingdomThe description suggests that the one bedroom apartment is on the first floor. We realised later that there is only one bedroom apartment on the first floor and all the others are on the ground floor. There are no photos from the ground floor apartments in the description. The apartments are generally very spacious but also very dated and whilst the main parts (kitchen, bathroom, etc) we're clean, some of the furniture and the hidden nooks had not been properly cleaned in ages. There were markings left from the previous visitors around the house (pencil stars on the walls etc.) The door knob was broken and could not be fixed (technicians came on our second day to check). Apparently was secure by made us feel uneasy and handling the door was difficult. The safe needs to be screwed properly as it was last tightened quite a while ago (or someone manhandled and loosened it). There is zero sound-proofing and apartment 3 is attached to the Club Residence communal bar area which made it difficult to sleep sometimes since people were being loud at a space dedicated for that purpose. The staff at Club House Reception was often unprofessional and difficult to get ahold of. In addition when I called in advance to ask a couple of questions and to confirm we'll have a view and terrace (per the description) the receptionist having failed to respond to my queries handed the telephone over to the manager who was clearly annoyed and went on a rude angry rant about how "Bulgarian customers" are always so annoying and there's always something they've not understood. He obviously didn't realise I am still on the line but still absolutely unacceptable from a five star resort that charges this much money and doesn't deliver on the description of the property. Generally the impression I got from the reception staff was annoyance that I am bothering them with any questions or requests, which is essentially their job.
The location cannot be faulted. The views are worth all the annoyances and imperfections described above. It's a stunning part of the world (recommend you book a green villa or a room / suite at the Boutique Hotel - I imagine you'll have a brilliant experience that way). The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and food was absolutely delicious and really well presented. Service was impeccable - very polite and considerate. Breakfast is great - huge variety of fresh food and drinks (champagne, freshly squeezed OJ, eggs and crepes to order, veg, fruit, etc etc). The breakfast terrace is just heavenly (although perhaps some rearrangement of the tables would work wonders since many of the tables on the terrace are four/five seaters but taken up by couples so lots of lost space). Also the terrace would be great to utilise for dinners too - don't know why it's not been used for other meals. The golf course is fantastic and the pro shop is great too. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. The rentable golf clubs are something that could certainly be improved upon (even if it costs a bit more to rent it would be great to at least have the choice of renting higher quality clubs) but they work if you're not a real pro. There is ample parking space. The resort feels very safe and homely. There's a range of restaurants (although we booked dinners at nearby restaurants - El Balcon del Mundo and Geti are only a 10-minute drive away). Bendida Beach is very close and the hotel offers a free transfer at 10:30 , returning at 4pm (even to the peasants not staying at the green villas *eyeroll*) There are many cool birds flying around too. And the house sauvignon blanc is worth the taste - BSR have their own vines, some of which you'll see encircling the first few tees.
