Rooms are not too big, and bathroom was quite small

The hotel is renovated quite well, the room was very clean, breakfast fresh and tasty, many good choices from the restaurant menu, chicken grill very good, carrot cake exceptionnel

The only minus was that the room door is not completely sealed when closed and at night lets in light from the outside corridor visible from the bed. But that is an issue only in some of the rooms.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and made sure to inform us of the separate parking and green zones. The hotel, rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was great though not too much variety of choice. Overall great value and experience.

I booked this hotel with USD 44. However they have charged me EUR 70 (By cash), because their card system did not work. When I make the payment, I did not notice that amount is different as my reservation. I found later that I paid more than was supposed to. Hope I could get some compensation for this.

Good location, very nice and clean room & bathroom, decent and functional design. El. sockets next to the bed. Several elevators which is always an advantage. The mini-fridge and the air-con worked fine. Parking was sufficient and safe. I noticed that there were also other services on site like fitness and hairdresser (I think) but didn't try any of those and have no idea if they were open. The staff were really great and flexible. Breakfast quite good :) I liked my whole stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

I didn't like that the receptionist I interact with ,didn't speak English at all . So was difficult to have conversation, but at the end we managed via Google translate.

Breakfast was very very poor.(especially the first day) I asked for a chair for my room as there was none ( most people who travel for job need to do some paperwork afterwards) but reception informed me that there is no chair available...... A 16 floor building has no spare chair???

Very large hotel , rooms are comfortable and very clean(housekeeping team is making excellent job)also the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.Rooms are relative small but very nice decorated.

The room we booked was small but cute, stylish furniture & very clean. What was most impressive is the staff in the restaurant. High level of professionalism, service was top notch ...5***** for the restaurant staff & menu. In fact a rare dining experience in Bulgaria. In addition a free car parking was a nice touch.

Cold eggs! The bathroom was a little small.

I thought this was a really good hotel and when you consider them price it was excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows. I had 2 different breakfasts. I guess it is down to the number of guests. The first day I had fresh cooked bacon and eggs and it was great. The second day was buffet and although the choice was really good the eggs were cold even though I was there at opening time. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

Our apartment was above the night club and there was noise until the early morning hours on Thursday and Friday. If we had the windows closed, it would have probably been quieter.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment, with stylish furniture and all necessary appliances. The hotel is located in the town centre. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast.
