We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaMain elevator was not functional. An alternative one only went to the 8th floor and had to climb one. Also the hotel is a part of a politehnic university and it's strange to see classrooms hallways next to the rooms.

RomaniaRestaurant was not available, only bar was open full time. Rooms are not so clean but for one night transit is ok. The city is an old mining town, you can see the disaster of an declined comunist economy everywhere. But I like the "Cernobil" impression and I recommend it to nostalgic people.

BulgariaRooms are designed in dark colors, (navy green wall) and internet is not stable enough if you want to work. One other thing is that there is a casino next door which uses the same parking and there are 24/7 some strange people. But all those cons are not a really big problem.
