The ongoing renovations make going in and out a bit awkward.

Cherno More is right on the walking alley to the Marine garden, you can't be more central than that. Also the view is top noch.

The hotel deserves a solid ***. Apparently because renovations are underway. Although there were no particular inconveniences, there was no noise. Breakfast is modest

The Wifi is a open connection, should be private per room. The TV does not work with casting a device and language was only in BG in room 1410.

It is becoming a very nice hotel as they are rebuilding now. Roomservice is excellent. Staff is friendly. I wonder how it looks end of 2024. Location near the beach and city centre is wonderful.

Reasonably clean, but definitely not spotless. Air conditioning had difficulties warming up the room, especially in areas near the windows. Restaurant is apalling. The hotel is undergoing renovation, hopefully they will address these issues soon.

They have already The hotel has been under repair for almost 1 year, but I was not disturbed much. Parking is available at the location, but for a fee of 20 leva/day1 year

This is the 5th time I stay at this hotel. Every time the expectations were excellent. The hotel is clean, located in the central area of the city of Varna. The breakfast is quite varied and the restaurant on top has an excellent view.

They are still renovating, so the ceiling at the reception area is very low and unnerving for someone with claustrophobia. The ceiling on your room floor itself is also quite low. The room and bathroom were very small, and the bathroom smelled funny, probably due to mold. The cleaning staff did not do a very good job, as there were still hairs on the bathroom floor and some even on the door after I took a shower. The breakfast area was not very clean either, as there were crumbs on my table. Staff in general were distant and cold, with hardly anyone smiling. Only the casino staff were friendly.

The location was great - within walking distance of the Sea Garden, the cathedral, and other interesting places. I was placed quite high up and got an awesome view of everything. Breakfast was filling and varied.

No place to sit down like a lobby, you had to pay entrance fee to the bar on the top floor that was very loud, the breakfast was okay but sometimes like not fresh. Seems time to rebuild and redesign the place, need to be more appealing and less focused on the Casino that seems to be the main thing. No facilities for leisure like Spa, Massage, Gym or even quiet drink at the bar or a place to sit down.

Ongoing construction at the parking and lobby areas is a bit of inconvenience and entrance to the reception is not very welcoming. No indication parking is paid, though it’s a nice underground parking and the rate is decent.

Superb location, renovated rooms with all needed. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic view from the balcony. Covered own self-parking, at a reasonable rate.

One would think, however, that in the exclusive double room they could've cleaned the residue in the toilet from the previous guests and that the carpet wouldn't have small debris entangled in it... :)

The hotel, of course, has the best location in the city. The views at night are also excellent.

The hotel is under construction. It's filthy, disorganisation of most of the staff, the drain in the bathroom was smelling awful. I could not say the room was cleaned well enough: there were peanuts and other stuff on the floor in the room.

The location is great if you want to see the best part of the city. The breakfast was good.

The attitude of the receptionist, my husband was outside the hotel, smoking, and he said that it is absolutely mandatory that he comes to give the ID (it was my ID already there). The crowded space in the breakfast resto, every morning. The elevator going up and down with really no control, one got to "travel" to all floors before getting where needed. The works in progress are disturbing, you don't have an elevator from the parking but you have to take the stairs with all the luggage ....maybe is just a phase but the price you, also for parking, is not a price for this phase.

The location is outstanding, right in the middle of the city) and also we had a room at a superior level (12 floor) with a stunning view. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of choices and a good coffee. I am happy I have stayed there but would not repeat the experience unless I would not have other options.

although it is a 4-star hotel, you have to pay for parking in their location. The hotel is under renovation, the reception area is unwelcoming. The bed mattresses are deformed and you wake up with back pain.
