The pool available at the hotel is very small so if looking for swimming to be one of the recreations, then it's not the right hotel for you. The jacuzzi also wasn't on and hot.

The food at the restaurant was great and the staff was very friendly and made it easy to order and just take care of everything upon check out. The apartment room worked great for us as it had two bedrooms separated by a hallway and sharing a bathroom. The main bedroom was a good size and easily accommodated a crib.

Location is really perfect, breakfast was good, one of the rooms we used, a kind of a luxury option, had quite old equipment, the flooring was torn in places, the windows did not open due to broken curtain equipment, the rooms and common areas were clean, good hygiene was maintained. Some of the services - spa all the time and restaurant on one of the evenings - were not working without warning, probably because of the summer season which is not the high season for this place.

Breakfast is limitted and is hard to get coffee; One server for the entire lounge. The rooms need a fan or AC as it gets hot during the day. Parking is limitted.

Ski room to store bikes. Clean and convenient rooms. Good food.

in our room (2nd floor) wify was not working even with password . Pillows too big and not so compfortable

Amazing location just in front of the sky slopes . Room very big and super silent . the fornitures and interiors are modern and all is well cleaned and in order. Staff was friendly and they were talking english (not so common for Bulgarian hotels..).

Best value for money! I visited with my son to hit the bike trails. The hotel is about 100 meters from the lift. The personnel was very helpful and polite. The accommodations are great. Very clean and comfortable.Great view.Very good breakfast without exaggerations .I will definitely be visiting again !

We expected that linen should be changed once during six day stay.

Internet connection was terrible..didnt wanna connect after 35min ..even though it said excellent signal ..connected two times but then once I lost it..never got.it back... I.mean no you are not on vacation to hang on the internet.. i know..but still was annoying after a while. +bath water was muddy so couldn't take a nice big bath after a 22km long hiking trip.

Rooms are very spacious, and it has drawers but there isn't much practical place to hang your clothes (hangers, chair, etc).

The pool os not big. But the sauna and the steam room are really enough to relax after a day of skiing.

The location is perfect. Great view.It feels like a boutigue hotel. Not many people and a personal attention to the clients. Loved it.

I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. The location is great and the staff are very friendly. I only have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the other meals. The breakfast is always nice with plenty of choice.
