We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is amazing, ski-in - ski-out. My room was huge.

The manager and staff always take care of us when we stay at Ice Angels. Always a great atmosphere during the day and apres ski. The adjoining ski hire/garage is also very convenient. Lovely food and drink and it's only a short walk to many other restaurants and bars for evening entertainment.

IsraelSki room is part of the hotel’s ski shop. If you rent equipment in a different ski depot than the hotel’s, you’ll need to pay 10lv/night for storing your skis. Not a lot, but I would expect free ski room regardless of where I rent my skis.
Excellent location right next to the main lift & village center. Hotel is equipped with a gym, spa facilities and a bar in the lobby. Front porch overlooks the slopes.

IrelandThis is not even a complaint, because everything was really great, but be aware that since you are so close to the slopes and everything that it will be a bit loud at night. It didn't bother us at all, but I know that it would bother some people.
Absolutely perfect location to skii in Borovets. You can see the slopes from the window and easily ski in and out. The breakfast and dinner were great. Wifi was fast. The staff were super helpful and nice. There is a spa in the hotel and I booked a few massages which were great after a day of skiing.

United KingdomBars outside the hotel were very loud and could be heard from the room until the early hours of the morning. Although friends in another part of the hotel couldn't hear them.
Breakfast was good, not a huge verity but enough. The location was brilliant, at the bottom of the slopes and near the chair lift. Close to bars/restaurants.

IsraelThere was a little misunderstanding considering dining in the hotel in the evening. Apparently you need to pay for it in the morning of the same day, you cant pay for it when you check out. That was not explained and it led to a not so nice experience in the evening where the waiter told us we cant eat in the dining room because we didnt pay for it n the morning. Otherwise everybody else in the hotel was very nice to us
Excellent location, excellent new spa with dry sauna, steam room and a small pool. Variety of body treatments in the spa with very good and professional masseurs. Loved the view from the hotel dining room. Ski hire in the hotel, very convenient. My son had a very goid progress in skiing thanks to his ski instructor Nikolay I can say that Nikolay was fantastic to children. The weather was on the plus side in our week there in February but miraculously there was enough snow on the pistes for skiing. All in all, it was a great holiday and thank you for everything!

United KingdomTrying to get a seat on the Hotel outside balcony which were overtook by skiers who don't stay at the hotel, I would have thought the hotel would reserve a couple of tables for hotel guests only, just an observation..
very friendly staff and the room backing onto the slopes is a brilliant feature, didn't make breakfast so can't comment but we were made a packed sandwich and water parcel each as we were leaving at 2am which was a lovely gesture.
