The restaurant was crazy expensive and the food was so-so - it tasted and looked like it was made with cheap ingredients. I don’t recommend having lunch or dinner there. Only the breakfast was very good.

The pool was very warm and perfect for the kids. The apartment was spacious although they seem to need refurbishment.

The beds are slightly uncomfortable, maybe because it is a sprung bed . That was the only “issue” :)

I would have preferred the place to offer some beauty treatments for face and skin. Now they have different massages only. Also, it will be good if there is a sauna place available without extra charge.

Nice view and spacious room! It was quiet and good for relaxing. Coffee was great and the pool had a nice view from the windows. Very clean place.

The pool seemed highly chlorinated, but otherwise we loved our stay here.

Breakfast was excellent and we particularly liked the friendly staff and our evening meal. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Check in was straightforward and the parking and facilities were good.

To reach the property it is best if you have your own transport since taxis impose an extra charge because you leave Sofia. Alternatively, book a taxi from Pernik, not Sofia since it works out cheaper.

Parking is on the side of their private road, but I did not encounter any issues and I always found a parking spot even the hotel was full

nothing. Everything was perfect for us.

We've liked everything, from the parking space to the room. The stuff was wonderful people, ready to help at any moment. The room was huge, very clean, with everything that we needed. We've had complementary water, tea and coffee, of course mini bar. The breakfast was enough and very good. A wonder view from the balcony. We definitely will return here, even if it will be only for one night.

The number of towel hunger is't enough - there should be at least four. The lamps weren't connected to electricity and we couldn't find the plug ins - like the lamps were only decorative.

The view was magnificent! The food was very tasty and the staff very very welcoming - thank you all. We were privileged to be alone in SPA area 2 days in a row. The pool water was 31 degrees (I saw some comments about that so I refer to that). We were visiting on work days and I would definitely recommend it for having a wonderful time in nature and SPA.
