Everything was great. Our room was quite big and clean. Beds were really comfortable. View from the balcony was pleasant. Breakfast was great and the hotel’s restaurant had delicious food for an affordable price. Thanks for everything!

The parking spots are limited. A little bit far from pedestrian street. The price for the room offered at reception was lower than booking price, for same room.

The elevator was a bit small (for 2 people), but not really an issue. Nothing more to add on here.

The staff was always very polite and helpful, also English speaking. Very nice and new bathroom. In the restaurant they had no problems with serving me some extra wishes (vegan, meaning potatoes and vegetables). 8 minutes walk from retail park, where you can find dm, Billa etc. Great choice at the breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately the tzakouzi was not working.

I loved everything in this hotel. From the huge, tidy, clean and comfy room, to the beautiful swimming pool and different sauna options in the spa. The breakfast in the restaurant was really delicious with many options. All the stuff from the hotel was really kind and always helpful with my requests and questions. Especially, Ms Snejana from the receptionists and the massage therapist Ms Desislava. I stayed for one week and i recommend it to everyone that wants to stay there, either for vacation or work. It’s just awesome hotel! 10/10

Limited parking spots. Finding a place is a challange. My room was located on the first floor and every morning, quite early started some noise, like from a generator or sth similar. It wasn's warm enough in my room and I could't change the temperature. Tried to switch the air conditioner to heat the room, but it didn't help.

The restaurant and the rooms are renovated. SPA center is also renovated in spite still not fully finished. Staff is very friendly and helpful as always. Extended choices for breakfast comparing to previous visits.

Good location and absolutely acceptable price! Very short distance from Pamporovo! Very convenient and great restaurant w its delicious Bulgarian cousin and fantastic personnel! What is more - small but very good SPA area!

The hotel is centrally located in Smolyan. The town offers a beautiful central mosque, albeit not within walking distance for everyone. The room facilities were very good and user friendly. The spa centre was excellent.

The hotel was amazing but our stay was unforgettable thanks to the staff. They helped us surprise our friend for his birthday and even gave us the candles for the cake. A big thank you to each one of them. Can't wait to come back.

I liked everything but would recommend a net on the balcony and also some water to be left as a compliment. The pool area is a bit strange I would say but it is under renovation so I hope it will be better-looking soon (at least more modern).

The location towards the mountain is just gorgeous (we asked for a higher floor with a view). The room is spacious, with big comfortable bed, great balcony and all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner at the restaurant - it is not cheap but for sure it’s worth it.

I have been staying in Kyparis A for many years, the provided services are gettng better and better every time I pay a visit. The hotel is renovated lately and rooms are modernized. The price is value for money and the environment cozy and friendly. Real hospitality.

The hotel in under renovations works so there were noice and dust of the works. The room was located in the noice road front and we could not open any window. The breakfast was basic with the quality of the coffee poor.

Everything. The hotel has an attractive layout with a very nice restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The jewel in the crown fir us was the lovely indoor swimming pool, plus sauna and steam room.

Perhaps some of the furniture needs refreshing but it is not bad at all. Due to it's size, the swimming pool could feel a bit packed if the place is too booked/busy.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, room was tidy (and got cleaned again on the very next day) and quiet, enough parking spots, central location. Pool, spa and massage options were also a great plus to be available there on site.
