Absolutely everything. I usually stay in Modus with my husband, and this is the first time I had to travel alone. I loved everything about the hotel, as usual. Very comfortable, clean, great stuff, the food in the restaurant is amazing. Will stay there again. Thank you very much!

2x missed breakfast, which was only until 10:30. One time they closed entrance few minutes before 10:30 and didnt let us in, even the man saw us at the entrance. Not even a sandwich was offered, we had to find restaurant on the street and pay again. Other time he let us feel not welcome saying the breakfast is only until 10:30. However, the rest of the day that room is empty and that man is just standing there. But when we finished before 10:30, he was kind. View from room was not very cool, but hotel cannot change it, as it is different property.

New, very clean, nice design and quality materials everywhere. Cool L’Occitane washing gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk. Soft towels and bath robes. Nice minibar and roomservice choice. Good location too. Personnel except one man was very kind and professional. Great improvement comparing Varna hotels from 10 years ago. The quality of breakfast is very high, even due to covid it is served a la carte. Aircon quality is fantastic and sleep quality is very high. Even on main street, sound proof quality is great.

Sink was separated from bathroom and shower which can be noisy if guests wake up at different times. Room was not soundproof to street noise which is something to expect for this price range.

Bed was comfortable. Availability for choice of pillow also a plus.

Excellent location just few meters from Varna’s sea garden. Well air conditioned rooms. Comfortable pillows and bed. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Not enough hotel parking lots. No cigar cutter at the bar. :) A bit pricey in the high season!

Hum, in one room there was quite fresh blood stain on a carpet and another stain below bed mattress. In another room there was a stink from canalization probably.

The location is perfect - next to the main promenade and near to the beach and it's clubs. Stuff is friendly, nice breakfasts (although it wasn't buffet - due to covid thing I guess, so you need to order all the time).

We liked everything!

Very conveniently located, this hotel is steps away from a beautiful park and from a beach. The staff is very helpful and happy to address any request. Breakfast is delicious. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff is wearing masks at all times and continuously cleans all public places. The rooms are sparkling clean. Perfect place to stay.

The size of the rooms is plentiful and there is wonderful food in the hotel bistro, including breakfast. The staff is very kind and responsive. Location is superb too.

It was a bit dark in the hotel. The carpet area near the bed was disgustingly dirty. It looked like some one vomited next to the bed and the stains were not removed. At first when we walked in the room, I was very impressed, until I saw all of the stains in the carpet.

Location was fantastic! Easy walk to the pedestrian walkways and Sea Garden. Having a free bike rental was a nice bonus. It was a great way to see the city area.

The rooms are dated and need updating. The room was noisy, being right on the road, the noise of cars going by all night kept me awake. The TV did not operate properly with no channels being available. The bathrooms are old and need replacing. Better quality pillows would not go a miss. Breakfast was included in the room rate and although the continental items were of a decent standard, the hot food was poor and luke warm.

The room was of a good size and clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. It's passable for a one night stay. The L'Occitane toiletries were a nice feature and it's opposite the Sea Gardens so a good location.

Carpet in room needed some cleaning. View from room lacked.

Everything else was great. Nice rooms, good comfortable bed (although I found the bedside lamps a little annoying. Great bathroom, good shower, great water pressure, good mini bar, impressive TV and film service. Breakfast was excellent and the lady that served us was very friendly and professional - lovely restaurant breakfast area, very relaxing - just what you want in the morning and choicest of food was well chosen and perfect for us.

Breakfast can have more variety. Parking was really difficult, however the bellboy really helped.
