Location is more close to the old town, if you want downtown you walk appx 15 min.

1.The carpet was old and looked unclean. 2.The parking is 200meters away from the hotel. 3. Except the girl in the reception, The other staff was unable to communicate in English, they continued speaking Bulgarian even though they knew we were tourists. 4. The hotel have a nice SPA but does not provide any body towels for SPA. So we had to go down to SPA with room towels.

We likes the SPA and location. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes that takes you to gondola.

Great place to stay in Bansko, walking distance to bars resturants and more. The rooms were spacious,comfortable and very clean. Spa downstairs with sauna and pool. Breakfast had a good selection to start the day before the slopes. Shuttle bus service to and from the gondola. To top it off the staff were great. Will stay again.

Descent breakfast choices. Coffee (out of a machine) was not good. Suggestion: improve the quality of coffee (e.g. a good cup of simple filtered coffee is far more appreciated than 10 different choices of sub-standard coffee). Plus, it is something that guests can easily judge you favorably over other hotels.

Lift wait times. They open officially 8.15 or so, and the queues are already long. The queue time is up to 2 hours even up until midday. So with that in mind, it would be nicer for Mura to have slightly earlier breakfast and/or shuttle bus time to accommodate.

We expected a bit cheaper prices in the hotel restaurant. The curtains should be replaced as well as the carpet. There is no refrigerator in the room. I expected tomato and cucumber at breakfast in a Bulgarian hotel, instead it was one or the other every morning. Since the hotel is in the old town and the old houses are heated mostly with wood, you can feel a bit of dust in the air around.

Hotel is located right next to the old part of the city. Nearby you will find a bunch of old traditional restaurants, so called "mehana" with local cuisine. There is also a cheap bakery right on the corner. A minibus drives you to the gondola, and takes you back to the hotel every half an hour in the morning and in the afternoon. Wellness area is for free of charge, there you will also get slippers. Breakfast is ok (coffee was great). The staff are smiling and friendly and will try to meet your needs as much as possible. There is specious ski storage and special thanks to the craftsman who repaired the ski for my kid.

Breakfast was fine for me with lots of choice. Being used to a British cooked breakfast it took a bit of getting used to.

The staff that were “serving” the breakfast was very rude. I like to drink my coffee in the bedroom and the cleaners always left the mugs there. At the end of the week I had 5 dirty mugs. But in the opposite side, the bedroom was always very clean. But the duvets are quite dated.

Clean and good quality-price. Spa centre is good as well and has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Good location and they have a transfer to the gondola.

The stuff doesn't know to speak english, except the receptionist. The Hotel desn't have a restaurant open for lunch or dinner.

First of all, the fact that when I made the reservation I requested for a double bed (not two beds united) and I got the confirmation on a message that a double bed I will have in the room. But when we arrived, at the Reception I was told that only two beds united it is possible bcs only this kind of beds the hotel has 😑 For me this is a problem bcs I have backpains when feeling the line between the beds. And first I got a room with an ugly view but I asked at least to get a room with a mountain view as it appeared on my reservation. So, in the end I got a room with a view at least :) Thank you for that. Then…another minus will be for the fact that nobody told me (when I made a reservation) that the party for New Year’s Eve will take place in a pub in the center not at the hotel how I imagined and that’s why I wanted to make this kind of reservation. Traveling with an 1 year old baby that has a sleeping schedule, was kind of difficult to go in the pub with him, pretty far from the hotel. In the end we tried to have fun somehow and we slept the baby in the noise for 1h. As an advice for the staff: try to communicate exactly everyting to the clients, from the very begining ( also like the fact that the parking at the hotel it is not for free and just a cross the river, and so on 🙂) Anyway…was good in the end bcs me with my husband decided to ignore the things that was not ok for us and enjoying the vacation as we wanted when we left home.

Was very clean. And the warm in the room very pleasent. And I liked a lot enjoying sauna and jacuzzi :)

Shower door cabin was flimsy. Pillows very uncomfortable. 1 of the bed lights was not working.
