I liked the free coffee and tea in the room, and its space and comfortablility, but what I liked the most is the personnel that helped with everything I asked for. The hotel is 2 minutes far from a pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants

10 of us went on a city break - as soon as we got there the staff were fantastic! Despite booking.com getting the room occupants wrong it was sorted within minutes Staff know their stuff!! Location is ideal, we walked everywhere sightseeing - Great value made for a great 3night break. Staff sorted printed boarding passes without any hassle and with a smile Brekkie was plentiful and included, rooms were big, modern and airy- spotless !!

The conditioner in the room did not work. The restaurant of the hotel is not recommended. Instead of medium rear steak, we got so well done that it was not eatable. The lamp ribs also were overdone.

Good and quiet location, less than 5 minutes to the central street and 10 minutes to the cathedrals. Good breakfast. Good coffee is included in the price at breakfast. Tea/coffee in the room is refreshed every day.

Breakfast selection could have been bigger.

Room was quite old-fashioned, but the quality-price ratio was very good. Everything was clean, location is perfect. Reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was okay, not a big selection of different dishes but tasted great.

The beds were really uncomfortable 🫤 Towels were not changed every day... An initial bottle of water FOC was not given at start of the Trip.. The cornflakes at breakfast were not fresh..

The room is very large - contains a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The beds were not comfortable but sufficient for sleeping at the end of a day trip. The breakfast is basic and good for those looking for simplicity! Winning location and kind staff !! I will definitely come back again on my next trip to Sofia 😄 Thank you dear team!

Had trouble with getting our laundry taken care of. After walking around the area for quite some time under the direction of the hotel staff looking for an outside laundromat, they eventually stated that they would have it done in-house. They claimed that it would be done between breakfast and lunchtime the next day. We were still waiting for it at 4 pm. Also, we found that it was not dried nor ironed as agreed. We had to dry everything scattered all over our room. They still charged us near full price, which angered us.

The location was quiet and near most prominent tourist attractions. Except for the one exception mentioned, the staff were generally helpful, including arranging for our breakfast outside of their normal times so we could make our early morning flight with something in our stomachs. The room was well equipped and was serviced unexpectedly between our two night stay.

The location is perfect for exploring Sofia: Just a very short walk from Vitosha Boulevard and close to the main attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. The room was clean and spacious. We can highly recommend this hotel

1. Our room was very hot 2. The windows may need mosquitoes screen in orderror to live them open during the night.

The room has 2 televisions, one sofa bed and one chair both very comfortable. 6. The baby crib was nice and comfortable. Our son enjoyed during our stayed.

Fantastic hotel, exquisite staff, perfect location! The hotel is located a 2 minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard and to the metro stop: a perfect location both as a starting point for exploring Sofia and for taking a walk among the shops and the bars & restaurants in the most famous avenue in the city (thesis also supported by my local guide). The room, exactly like in the photos, is spacious and very clean. The staff was very kind and always available to provide information and meet needs: from booking excursions, to booking taxis, even to booking the Greek restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Restaurant that deserves a separate note: Me Meraki is a place where you can breathe authentic Greek atmosphere, characterized by fast service and excellent cuisine; the pond with koi carp is that extra touch that makes the experience even more pleasant. The experience at this hotel definitely helped make my trip to Sofia truly special. I can't wait to come back!

The only negative I could mention is that scrambled egg and sausages were cold during breakfast both two mornings during our stay.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has a great location near the Vitosha Boulevard. The hotel has its own restaurant where guest can have 10% off from the price.

It is very good hotel near the city centre with delightful staff that will help you with any problems (like an umbrella on a rainy day). Вelicious and varied breakfasts

The hotel described the flat as having all necessary kitchen utensils. It had a fridge and a microwave. However, there were no plates, nives or forks. The kitchenette doesn't have a sink and running water. The hotel couldn't even provide a tea pot. These are not too important for a week long stay, though.

The wi-fi was working very well. The bed was quite comfortable. The flat is well equipped - two TV sets, a good desk, etc.
