Kitchen not really suitable for anything more than breakfast, it would be difficult to make a meal with the space and facilities, no dining table either. A dish drainer on the sink area would be good.

There's no elevator which is not an issue to us because we packed light, but please inform the owner if you want a room at a lower floor.

The retro style of the hotel is very beautiful. Full facilities so it's very convenient. For 4 people there are 2 bedrooms. There's free extra services.

My error, but I booked a room that was too small and the double bed was against the wall so didn’t sleep as well as we should have.

Great Location in the Kapana area and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very friendly and helpful staff, parking right outside (extra cost) and the meal at the restaurant was excellent and good value.

Very central location in the heart of Kapana district. Rhe room was very functional and very clean. We made use of the sauna and steam room as well. I'd recommend this stay.

The room didn't get cleaned beds only made up 3 times bathroom sink never cleaned shower twice cleaned towels when needed that was the only let down but to be fair we don't complain toilet cleaned twice

Unfortunately, the front door needs a fob to enter and lost mine. Was extremely hard getting into building, not being able to speak Bulgarian or call. That was completely my fault but very inconvenient.

The room was a bit small, however as we checked in much earlier than the usual time, we were grateful to have it. We had a glimpse of the other rooms while being cleaned they were much bigger. So there are very spacious rooms too.

The lady at the reception was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The room came with a surprise kitchenette. The hotel is right in the centre of the attractive cafes and restaurants, arts and crafts district Kapana and 5 minutes walk from the old city.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The studio flat was well-equipped and well-maintained. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs in the neighborhood and the Old Town is a couple of blocks away. Overall, a great place for a weekend away.

Nothing to complain!

The receptionist was super friendly and the hotel has a well equipped gym that we used. The queen sized bed was very comfy and the room has a kitchenette, making it suitable for longer term stays as well.
