Being on the fourth floor without an elevator was not a problem for us but make sure you take everything when you leave for your daily trips because going up and down could be tiring. Generally it needs some redecoration, it has obviously been used for a long time by a lot of guests.

Excellent location in the centre of Sofia. The Metro station is very close. Quiet side street. The studio is comfortable for two people with all the necessary furnishing and kitchen appliances.

Needs a selection of pillow sizes. Electric panel heating would have been much better than air condition units. A place to hung the towels and a better separation of shower and toilet sink is also needed..

We've stayed in the attic room so the roof was sloping and very low in some points. The kitchen angle was quite uncomfortable for this reason. Some objects inside the apartment are old and rather consumed.

The building is nice and well located, there is a piece of terrace in the yard. The host is polite.

The apartment is under the roof, and without an elevator, it can be difficult for some to climb. During the rain, the roof leaked and the water was in the room. Hot water was only enough for one person to wash, then you need to wait 20-30 minutes for heating.

It is an older building, so it can be noisy at times. If you are coming by car, be aware that all the parking lots nearby are paid.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you might need on a holiday, cooking plate, coffee machine, you name it. It is also lovely decorated all in orange, nice idea :) The location is perfectly central and really close to all means of public transport.

Floor was not swept completely and had a musky smell. Only one trash can for the entire apartment. No drying rack for clothes.

Excellent location in the center of Sofia. The apartment was beautifully decorated and everything is orange. Terrace is nice for lounging. I didn't spend too much time on it because it was cold in Sofia. It was nice staying here as it was a break from staying in hotels. Full sized apartment with full sized kitchen. I didn't use the kitchen. Close to restaurants, conveinence stores, and Vitosha Blvd.

I stayed in the apartment at the top floor, which is built in the attic. It gets very hot in the summer and it could be a problem for those who do not tolerate heat. There is AC but part of the air is blown directly into the upper part of the bed (essentially where your head lies when you sleep), which may not be ideal either. I chose to disable the AC and open the window but it was still quite hot. For me personally the heat was bearable. The building is old and I have seen a few bugs during the night. Nothing scary and very normal for old buildings. Still, those who have such phobias may want to consider something else.

I had a short stay at the apartment because my plane had a long delay and I had to check in at 1:30am -- ouch. Despite the super late arrival, the host was waiting for me, kindly checked me in and introduced me to the apartment. I am really grateful for this. The kind attitude clearly shows that the hosts don't do this "just" for the money; they put lots of thought, kindness and empathy, and do their best to provide a good experience to the customers. The apartment was clean and cozy. I did not use the kitchen or other utensils due to the late arrival and early check out.

I felt like walking back in time; there were a lot of decorations in the rooms,the furniture was old, the appliances were old. The smell in the toilet room(as it only had a toilet in that room) was not very nice; the bathroom was a shower room actually, it had a shower not separated in any way from the rest of the room, the floor was always wet and the provided slippers seemed worn out.
