On our last day there was a group of people drinking beer by the pool (indoor one) and smoking near the emergency exit, so the smell filled the whole swimming pool area. The same issue we had with our balcony overlooking the summer terrace of the cafe, so the smell run into our room and we had to close the balcony door all the time (it's totally our fault though for not bringing up the question and asking to change the room).

We liked the place itself, it's super calm there, nature is all around, so that was great. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, the spa area is OK.

The water in the inside pool was not perfectly clean, so we skipped it.

The food was AMAZINGLY tasty. Homemade with great fresh ingredients. The staff was super kind and helpful, everyone smiling. The hotel, room, restaurant were well air conditioned and clean. There are sauna, turkish bath, all good.

The room was very small. The waitress in the restaurant didn't understand bulgarian well and she told us we could not pay by card, later we found out that wasn't true. You have to pay for the Salt room in the Spa which was strange, its usually part of the spa package everywhere I went.

Food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and there was a big variety. The spa part of the hotel was amazing - very big and nicely done.

Too expensive for black jacuzzi water in a VIP room. I left my phone charger next to the bed in the room after we took off. They of course couldn’t find it. Somehow it disappeared.

The staff, they were really unpolite. Also we were there for SPA but we have been told on the reception that there are no massages, because the woman can't come?!?! Definitely I won't recommend it or come back.

The room was super small. The bathroom was inconvenient and basic. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn't slept well at all..

The hotel is clean. Spa facilities are okay - but some of the facilities have to be additionally paid - like the salt room, which in most hotels is included in the spa package. Food is nothing special, but it's tasty. Staff is great.

The noise of a party outside the hotel for hours till 3 a.m.!!! This is just unreal. We called the reception after couple of ours of loud country music and were informed the police had been called but this is unacceptable. Also when we woke up, our backs were hurting from the beds. Just imagine only these two circumstances and rethink if it's worth the value of your money. As a review of the facilities: the spa is maybe fine but wouldn't rate if more than 4 out of 10 because the steam bathroom has worn places, the door does not close fully, the sauna was only 60 degrees. The pool - small, but also has screaming need for renovation, the roof of the pool is leaking, there are rusty stains, mold, missing tiles in the pool. The room - small but was aware from previous reviews. I thought the spa was good but I was wrong. So the room - small, worn out carper, walls are damaged, the beds are very very uncomfortable. The bath is small and has only shampoo and soap. Also scarse toilet paper. There is no shower cabin so everywhere gets wet when done showering. The breakfast is just regular one that can be made anywhere in a 1, 2 or 3 star hotels and hostels, nothing special. So for many year visiting hotels in the country and abroad I can firmly state this was the worst hotel I have ever visited. And lastly we had booked two night and after the first night we left. No one asked us why we are leaving so I thought it's something ordinary for them. I WOULDN'T recommend it even it's free!!!

Really bad noise isolation, some game machines didn't work (not a deal-breaker). Really high humidity in the room and some moldy patches in the pool.

The view and the spa were great. Food was quite nice. Overall, really great value for the last-minute holiday booking.

We arrived pretty late and after check in we wanted to grab some quick food. unfortunately they didnt serve food anymore. so we just had 2 drinks. half an hour before the finally closed the waiter was pretty rude since we wanted to pay with visa. (hotel was also paid with visa and restaurant belongs to the hotel.) after a discussion of approximately 1 hour we could finally manage to pay the open bill (10€) or something togehter with the room. be careful when buying anything in the restaurant since only "LEW" will be accepted. room was tiny but clean. shower and toilet are basically the same. so if you shower and the whole floor will be wet.... for bulgarian standards this was a higher price rated hotel so we were disappointed a little bit. anyhow. if i would go there again i would check for another hotel..
