It was very warm inside, even when we switched heating off, therefore sleeping was uncomfortable. The worst impression was because the cigarette smoke is all pervasive and it saturates every inch of the hotel. People are smoking in restaurants and pools. Unfortunately, this is the situation with practically all hotels in Bulgaria Dinner was somewhat limited in choice and does not have the 5 star standard but the food was tasty

The hotel' s spa was wonderful! Both indoor and outdoor facilities. My favourite was the outdoor pools with the view of the pine forest, the path with the underwater massage and the mineral water half olympic pool. There are a variety of saunas, Turkish hamam and salt room were the highlights. We upgraded the room because the one offered to us initially was very small and did not look up to the five star standard, on the 3 rd floor. Just for £50 extra we got a room double the size on the 1st floor with a pleasant view of the ceiling crystal lights and the seating area outside. Our bathroom was luxurious with ceramic marble-like tiles. The food was tasty.

We could not complete our stay this time, but we have visited earlier this year. For me "Infiniti" is a 10. Their team was exceptionally kind to me. We will be visiting again very soon

Not everyone but some people from the staff weren’t polite- the manager of the restaurant and a man at the reception desk at night.

what annoyed me the most is that the staff was not there when we needed them, we had to wait 15 minutes at the reception to check in, then later the same day, another 15 minutes to order snack at the pool.

the spa center and the massages, the location, the mineral water were very nice for the body. The experience at the spa center was fenomenal, the atmosphere was really relaxing.

The whole floor of Spa, pool is closed in the early evening. I think most of the hotel in this region works like this. Safety reason perhaps ?

Very nice hotel. The buffet breakfast & dinner were excellent which I strongly recommend to include when booking. The spa facilities are amazing. It seems everything is included under one roof : thermal pool, warm pool, steam room, Turkish bath, etc.. that I can spend whole day in there. They also have Spa services for those who love to be pampered although I did not use it.

You should pay the beverages on the dinner. Very hot in the rooms, you cannot control the temperature of the air conditioner.

Some of the spa rooms, like the salt bath, would get really crowded (9-10 people at once) even though the hotel warns guests to keep a 1.5m distance. There are also no water dispensers in a spa that claims to be worth 5 stars. We informed the hotel staff about the above but nothing changed during the rest of our stay there.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Velingrad next to a forest. The food was really good although the pancakes and cake served at breakfast were sometimes stale. The room was spacious enough and the spa center had a lot of amenities. The staff was quite friendly.

staff were generally nice but most of them didn’t speak English or didn’t want to speak English to my boyfriend so I had to constantly translate, it wasn’t great from his point of view

We stayed in a villa, separate of the main hotel building and the air conditioning was not working properly. Staff came quickly to resolve the problem, which was nice. In any case, the weather changed the next day so it wasn't quite clear, if the AC was indeed fixed.

I loved the SPA area! Pools were warm, which is very nice for kids, looked clean and were the perfect depth. A lot of pools and areas both inside and outside so it didn't feel cramped even on a weekend. Staff was very helpful, quickly addressing all our needs or complains. The villa we stayed in was very spacious and even had a fully supplied kitchen.

We stayed for 8 days in the hotel and the villa was not cleaned even a single time, it was not that dirty, but it was strange, we had to ask the reception to send somebody to throw the garbage at least, it was really not nice to have a full garbage bin in the kitchen. On the following days we just asked them where the disposal was and threw the garbage by ourselves, but it was annoying.

Spa was excellent, it has a wide choice of different massages and all of them are perfect!!! Children really enjoyed chocolate massage, it was a hit!! Villa that we got was really nice, big, clean with barbeque place and fireplace in the living room, we liked it a lot!!!

Child room is small and not good equipped. There is no option for children animation. One of the nights was very noisy, there was a party in the restaurant and it was impossible to sleep which is unacceptable for Spa hotel.

SPA area is great. There are variety of pools with hot water, also contrast pool with cold water. Herbal sauna and steam bath are also available. Food was great.

At times music was missing at the main pool and one could hear other visitors' chatting but it is a matter of preference of course.

Perfect location near the hiking trails and walking distance to downtown restaurants, amazing view and awesome sunsets. Very clean facilities, the SPA center is beyond experience, mineral water pools, tasty cuisine... Pure relax! The hotel was sold out but one could barely feel it.
