It was really far away from the city center (1 hour on foot). There are buses close, but none work after 24:00. Cleaning was done only once and that was the only time when our towels were changed. The room was looking a bit dated (minor complain)

The hotel is part of a greater complex with two good restaurants, their own taxis (25 leva to city center) and two different pools available. In the rooms we had all the needed equipment for cooking with cutlery and all the smaller appliances that you would need.

Very hard to find. Taxi drivers has never heard of the name and booking.com description was a little bit deceiving regarding what we were getting and what we got.

Amenities were great, access to the amenities in the hotel across the street. Supermarket on site.

There was only one little minus - the ants... With a little patience and proper products could get rid of them...

Even if we had a bracelet, at lunch they asked us if we paid and they checked our payment. No cleaning, not even once in 7 days.

The room can be maintaned bit better. The shower is bit old.

The hotel is located near sunny beach - in relativley quiet area - which was great for us. We had a car so we can go to sunny beach and nessbar easily. The hotel is very quiet, we got a very big appartment for our familty (2 bad rooms + one extra bad in the living room). The pool is great. The hotel is near the permier hotel, where we had breakfast (2 minutes walk). You can also use the permier hotel facilities (pool + 2 slides + pingpong) but the pool in the prestige is more quiet. The hotel has direct access to the beach - which is awsome.

If you leave some sweet drink or food on the table, you may have some ants visiting you, but let the staff from the reception know about this, and they will take care of the ants. They clean the apartments and change the towels only once per week, but since you have a washing machine in the apartment, you can wash your stuff even once per day, so that's fine.

The accommodation itself was at the Prestige (3 stars), but breakfast and dinner were served at the Premier (4 stars), which is approx. 1 min. away. The staff was very kind, they explained everything about things works, and they escorted us to our apartment, which was already chilled and cleaned up. The Premier is a much calmer, quieter place, while the Premier is much busier, there you can find the slides that can be used by those in the Premier, too. Each evening there were some programs for kids and adults at Premier, which could be really noisy, so in case you want some calm evenings, make sure you book your reservation at Prestige. The pools are clean with lots of green areas that are constantly maintained. There are some great/ very well equipped playgrounds for kids. The beach is very close, 1 minute walk. You can rent sun-beds, or you can eat and drink at the bars. The beach was quite clean. The food is very good, mostly varied. Each night they served the food of several nations, there was a lot of choice, so everyone could find something for their taste. Several nights there was live music at dinner, which was very pleasant. The rooms were tidy, equipped with relatively everything: washing machine, iron, refrigerator, air conditioning, terrace, microwave, etc. There's a smaller supermarket at Prestige and a bigger one at Premier. There are some shops, too, along with a couple of restaurants, and many other things. You can find everything at the resort, you don't really need to go away in the city if you don't want. Our group consisted of 6 adults, 4 children, and everybody felt really well. We had 3 cars, parking was quite easy, If we'll go to Bulgaria again, we will only go here.

The first room was very small. We had to change it. But it wasn't a problem. For the amount paid, I would expect to have on the beach sunbeds and umbrallas included in the price of the room as it is the case in Albena, for exemple. We had the free area without charge and of course the swimming pool.

Nice room, with garden view, big enough, also we had a kicthen spot in the room, very useful, the place is quiet and the beach is more than close to the hotel, just a few steps away.

Avoid coming here during peak high season (it's valid for most of the locations, but particularly for this one). Why? It's packed with large families and you'll have a hard time waking up and elbowing yourself for breakfast, despite the terrace and the buffet being extremely generous and large. Also, if kids on the premises bother you, this is not your go-to-address. A minus is that the beach in front of the hotel does not actually belong to the hotel, so you'll spend at least 12 EUR for two sunbeds and an umbrella, with sometimes incredibly rude beach admin (I have to underline that this is NOT the hotel's fault but it can impact the stay of their guests negatively, who are forced to choose different beaches because of these conditions and the beach being utterly overcrowded during peak season).

The premises are very well kept and the cleanliness was just perfect. It is located right where Sveti Vlas starts and you have quick access to markets, restaurants and the road to Sunny Beach or other destinations. The hotel is just on the beach so you can literally just walk down the stairs and enjoy the sea.
