The studio room with a bath and the sea view was amazing! The hotel & the garden had a beautiful design. The stuff was friendly and helpful. There was a parking at the property.

Breakfast is included, however, the choice was very scarce (e.g. no yoghurt or cereal, only apples as a fruit). It might be linked to the end of season but some more diversity in the food and better ingredients will improve the overall experience.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, hope it will be taken care.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sozopol and Relax Sozopol met all the expectations we had. Very nice room, nice staff, good breakfast, nice area near the pool just in front of the sea, daily cleaning service. I must say I appreciate very much the taste of the team that designed all the interiors (room, lobby, breakfast area, pool area). High quality of the furniture and of the accessories. Also they actually have real plants in rooms and not plastic, which is rare and must be appreciated. There are several beaches close to the hotel, including one in front of the hotel. Also expect to walk a lot if you want to visit the Old Town of Sozopol (30-40 minutes), where are a lot of restaurants and vendors, but it is a nice walk, we didn't regret anything. Also there are plenty of places where you can eat near, just 10 minutes walk. Also there is a Lidl market very close. There are also some restaurants very close, but when we came they were already closed for the season. We recommend Del Muro restaurant and Gelato at Home for delicious gelato. We hope to come back soon at Relax Sozopol! P.S. If you're coming to Sozopol for more days, don't miss to visit The Ravadinovo Castle and The Upside Down House near Sozopol, in Chernomorets.

1. There was a strange smell from the bathroom. Also the bathroom door was somewhat transparent. 2. The breakfast was very limited. Few choices and the same every day. The table covers were dirty (not cleaned from the evening before). 3. The fridge for the minibar was too noisy.

1. We liked the hotel room as it was a good size and the bed was comfortable. 2. It was very nice to have a balcony with a sea view. The hotel is front line to the sea. 3. The staff was friendly and helpful with our luggage, our questions, etc.

Unfortunately the breakfast was poor quality, only tost bread, not much choice and only one person taking care of serving breakfast, that was not enought. Also the room wasn't the clinest one, especially bathroom. I have very mixed feelings, we arrived day after big rain, we understand a lot, but nobody even said sorry that on the middle of room was bucket for dropping water from the ceiling. In the room was about 5 cm level difference, no markt, quite dangerous, espacialy while going to bathroom at night. No place to dry towels or swimming suit. No bottle water in the room, no beach towels. Free space between door and floor, so you can hear all noise from corridor. We actually really enjoyed our stay in Relax Hotel but those small things gives you this small disappointment, it's not cheap place so you want to feel more taken care of.

Very friendly staff, the location is very good as it is close to the beach but in a quiet area of Sozopol. The place is clean, the room was cleaned every day during lunch. The pool area is great, it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious but the diversity can be improved. I would definitely recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. - the view from our suite was amazing - very modern and stylish - the parking in front of the hotel was an important reason to book the hotel - there are different bays underneath the hotel in walking distance (and by car 10 minutes away one of the best beaches of the Black Sea Coast) - the blond lady from the hotel was always super friendly and welcoming us. A good example for all the staff.

We loved everything about Relax Sozopol! I’m writing this review while planning to go back there as soon as we have the opportunity. We only spent 2 nights because we booked it few days before the arrival and we couldn’t find a room for 3 nights, so we had to spend the first night in another location. We had a very big room with partial sea view, a very nice balcony and parking place included. Bonus: an amazing breakfast in Venus restaurant, that we could take out on the terrace next to the pool, close to the beach. To die for! ❤️ All the staff we interacted to was very friendly, they made us feel like we are home away from home. The hotel is very clean, very nice decorated and with a lot of attention to the details. Inside the room we had everything we needed and more! After the first night we had the very pleasant surprise to find a gift with a complimentary card in the room. Thank you, Relax Sozopol 🙏🏻 Walking distance from the hotel you have a big Lidl supermarket and a smaller supermarket right across the street where you can find anything you need. From Venus restaurant you can order lunch&dinner while relaxing by the pool. A small beach is available few steps away from the hotel, you just need to get down the stairs. 2minutes away on the same path from the hotel you have the famous Bamboo beach. We walked to the old town both evenings, the walking distance is 25-30minutes.

Too far from the old town. No parking for the type of room we had and did not want to offer a parking spot (even if we asked to pay for it) even though the parking lot was half empty.

The pool is great, the room is great (although the bathroom is really small and could use some additional stuff, like a support for soap). The breakfast is ok. It was a nice stay

We arrived at the hotel and there were free park spots, however, we were informed that since our room is with discounted rate we are not allowed to use the parking spot. It would be fair enough if the price wasn’t so high. After all, this is a 3 star hotel.

I can’t one forget the moment from the breakfast: the breakfast hours are until 10.30 and I arrived at 9.45. The buffet is simple, with only a few producs and the plate with eggs was empty and I asked for some more. I received for the first time in my life with the simple answer: we don’t have anymore.

The hotel is small and cozy and the staff is very well prepared. It helps you experience real relaxation and enjoy the sea. There is a nice pool and a large and varied courtyard with sunbeds, tables and barbarones. The rooms are clean and spacious. In my opinion, our room was even bigger than described in the booking. We also had a huge panoramic balcony.

Booked two nights but requested an extra night. Told by receptionist that this was not possible even though we said that it did not have to be the same room and would be willing to pay more. Then checked Booking.com and booked a room with no problem. Pool needed a bit of a clean as algae was growing around the edge and on an inflatable that obviously lived there. Had problems getting meals to arrive at the same time but the food was very good.

The restaurant could use a bit diversification, I had a Black Angus cheeseburger but the meat smelled a bit funky. Breakfast is good but not allowing people to drink personally purchased water next to the swimming pool is just wrong.

Pretty nice new hotel situated approximately 15 minutes walk away from Sozopol. Bamboo beach bar is 100m away and make sure to book a beach bar seat at least a week in advance of your arrival. Staff was nice, a bit confused at times as everyone was new at what they were doing. Hope they get paid well and are treated fairly and kindly, there were a few times where my friends and I noticed they may have had an unpleasant with the owners. Loved the tarot paintings on the wall and the overall interior design. Internet is top notch.
