- when you turn on the light in the bathroom, a light bulb also comes on in the room (very disturbing at night and completely useless) - somewhat unorganized parking lot (but parking spaces are available) - the room door does not have a locking system on the inside

- kind, helpful and polite staff (all nice young people) - very large room, well equipped (but the bathroom is rather small, without a shelf on which to put personal things) - very good breakfast (but not buffet) - good location: on the bank of the Danube, 10 minutes from the pedestrian area

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We stayed for first time at the Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The room was nice and spacious. The sheets was changed every day. Breakfast was big and there were a lot of choices. Definitely recommended. The best ting was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. We will be staying there again if we are visiting Ruse.

Mini-fridges would be nice. Also one afternoon, there was a smell coming from (it seems) the vents. That didn't last too long, so I didn't raise the topic with the staff.

Me and my colleagues were all very pleased with our stay in the hotel. The location is perfect - it has a beautiful view over the river, it is very close to the center, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. The rooms were very spacious, I'd say a lot more than the typical hotel room. The staff was very kind and they were very helpful with arranging some changes over the reservations we made. We don't have impressions over the breakfast, as we didn't manage to try it while we were there. My only comment for improvement is it would be great to have mini fridges in the rooms.

Nice hotel, good location - 3 min walking from the central square, near Danube river, friendly staff even a kind of overwhelming hospitality. The room was spacy, nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. The English breakfast is very good.

Loved this hotel. The staff were so kind and extremely helpful. Any queries were dealt with immediately. The breakfast was fresh and very good. Our room was the maisonnette with the roof terrace overlooking the Danube and was amazing. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the town square and restaurants. We would be very happy to stay again when in the area.

Unfortunately the air com which was very good had a fault which meant there was a loud buzzing every say 20/30 mins. The manager said it would be addressed

Staff were excellent especially the Manager Bosilav. Room was very good with views towards the Danube. Location was also very good in terms both the river and the centre of Ruce.
