I had the best experience in this hotel. Everything was just like I've expected or better. Somehow I got a better room, than I booked, so I had even more space, including two bathrooms (all in all - two showers and a bathtub). I like the design, I like the breakfast, but most of all I liked warmth and warm floors - which is not an often thing to find in Varna. Thank you for these amazing days!

The rooms are beautiful, but they don’t have very comfortable furniture - I would like to have a few more hooks to hang jackets, for example. For a short stay is enough, but I stayed 4 nights. TV is small and placed too low to watch convertible from the bed. The front door is not noise isolated at all, so every time someone is in the foyer I could here everything and the worst I COULD SMELL THE SMOKE COMING FROM OUTHER ROOMS. Hotel has no smoking policy and most rooms have balconies, but some people just don’t respect anything and anyone :(

It is very good place, located in the city center, close to everything. Very good facilities and great breakfast. Few minutes walk from restaurants and the sea. The staff was helpful and very nice. I recommend this place very much.

It was very good choice!!! We were very happy to stay there. Excellent location. The room was very clean and environmentally couscous.The breakfast very testy and had a lot of varieties. The staff were really friendly and helpful! We would absolutely stay there again and will highly recommend to our friends.

If I really had to suggest something the WiFi. The WiFi seemed to have a low signal in some areas. It seemed to be a little on and off at times.

The location is perfect, you are right in the city centre so everything is very accessible, within walking distance. The beach is 5 minutes away which is great. There is a 24hr shop located within a 5 minute walking distance if you need anything at any time of the day. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and very accommodating. The 24 hour reception desk was brilliant considering the winter flight schedule to Varna meant my flight landed at 3A.M. Even at this time, there was a friendly member of staff to help me check-in. The room was great exceeding my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all facilities you could possibly require for your stay. It is great value for money considering the location within the city.

Breakfast was good, but could have been better. Not a big choices.

It was hour first stay in this hotel and certainly want be our last. Highly recommended. We stayed in a junior suite for the week and everything was brilliant. Superb location and great staff. Our room was deadly with beautiful bathroom, always well cleaned.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The staff were very helpful.

The room was beyond comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was slightly heated and didn't fog. The bed was very comfortable and clean! The design of the hotel is extraordinary and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends for future visits! + the breakfast was homemade and very tasty.
