A point for improvement would be to add a little more storage space in the studios. We found that there was not enough cupboards/wardrobes/a drying rack for the bathing suits and towels used for the SPA, where we could leave our luggage upon our arrival. However, it might be due to the fact that the houses seemed recently renovated, so this might be a future project to be developed. Another point was that the fact that it was slightly dusty on some of the surfaces (window sills, bathroom mirror, angles of the room), however, the overall cleanliness was up to an acceptable standard.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, surrounded by woods, peaceful and nice for both family and friends trips. Liked the fact that it was super easy to communicate with the hosts, and the layout of the complex was nice and convenient for the stay, as it included self-sufficient separate houses, but also a main reception house, where you could have some social gatherings. It was great that the heating was ON when we arrived, so the room was warm and cosy already. We stayed in one of the studio flats on the second floor during the winter moths. Satisfied with the SPA experience (small, but sufficient) and the included breakfast (it was a set of options which you could choose from every morning, incl. French toast, omelette, and a ham and cheese toast). The gym was installed in an outside area between the houses, and included a set of different gym bars, which made it a nice social space for people to hang out at. Probably not very suitable if it rains or snows, however.

The worst thing was the mouse scratching! All night long. We couldn’t sleep because it was really loudly!

We really liked the design of the rooms. The surrounding area is amazing. It is in the forrest. The staff doesn’t speak English, so it was a little bit complicated to communicate, but they really tried to help and to be polite.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday there. Stayed in a separate private suite called “Malina”. It looks incredibly clean and also seems to be brand new! The staircase is quite steep so be careful if you plan to have a drink or two… 😅 The food is delicious and the spa is nice!👌 We also were lucky as we had a dinner in the restaurant and there were 2 more birthdays being celebrated! 🥳

Me and my girlfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at 6ato Rila, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and it is surrounded by captivating pine forest. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated with wood ornaments, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The amenities, including a cozy restaurant and a relaxing spa, added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. All the food served in the restaurant was incredibly tasty. Moreover, the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. I can't praise the exceptional service and overall experience enough – I highly recommend 6ato Rila for a delightful and memorable stay.

Every day the breakfast was served cold. Cold toasts, cold eggy bread, cold boiled eggs. Even the dinner was cold I was hoping that at least the pancake will be warm, unfortunately we got them cold as well. The water in the bath was very yellow, and the water bath heater was not able to heat up enough water for more then half of bath, as this bath comes as a spa bath, and you need fill up more than half of the bath to be able to let say enjoy the bath. Hot tub although was big some of the parts was not working at all. To not be so critical I will say the souna room recompense above issues. The people are very nice and friendly but I am not sure about experience and awareness of this business expectations.

There wasn't much to do around. But the next town over which is famous for its hot spring water pools was close.

The hosts were incredibly kind. The room was comfortable and clean with everything needed. There was free parking. There is an amazing indoor jacuzzi and 2 saunas. Place would be perfect for bigger gatherings.
