Overall a very nice hotel, but there are a few things that can get it to 10/10. Some recommendations: - I would like to see more vegetarian/vegan options in the menu. There were NO vegetarian options at all in the lunch menu. - The relax zone is not located in the right place. If you want to go to the Jacuzzi, or if you want to go to smoke outside, you have to go thought the relax zone and disturb all the people there. Not ok. - You should consider "pets allowed" policy. Of course, not in the spa zone, but in the rooms and other areas, why not...

Super nice hotel. It looks bad on the outside - old ugly facade, but inside it is fully renovated and looks very nice. The spa area is super nice and clean, there are a lot of facilities including outdoor Jacuzzi. There is a big parking. The staff is nice. The hotel is also located in a very peaceful area, it is quit, it is beautiful, with a big park on one side, and something like a field/rural area on the other. In the same time is super close to all the main attractions, to the historical sighs, and to the city center - you can walk for 15 mins thought the park and you are at the city center. The hotel restaurant is also okay, the breakfast was nice. There is another good restaurant nearby called "Pisatelite".

The resort is not well planned and situated. The centre of the town is not close to the hotel. One should go there by car only, especially when the weather is so hot.

The room was large, clean. The furniture was comfortable. The personnel was nice and smile.

They need to fix the bathrooms in the rooms, as there were some issues with the shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel actually looks better than the pictures. The pool was very clean and the spa procedures were very good. They have 3 different saunas and fitness. The food in the restaurant was very good and even cheaper than some outside restaurants.

I liked the comfortable lobby and spa area, the rooms, the park, surrounding the hotel and the proximity to the historical Camel gate. A full day safe guard stands by the outside and inside swimming pools.

One of the bedside lamps didn't work and there was no bath mat in the bathroom. The floor can be slippery when you have showered and this hazard needs to be addressed as a matter of priority. The steam room wasn't working when we stayed. The breakfast is passable, but for a vegetarian the options are limited.

We have stayed at Sana Spa hotel a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. The Spa facilities have been upgraded and are now excellent, the sauna and FIR sauna and brand new and of a very high quality. The pool is clean and the whole area is clean and hygienic. Staff at reception and in the spa area are helpful and competent. The rooms are spacious, have nice balconies and are clean and well appointed.

Very old building, there was a chemical smell in the coridor and room. Kids ourdoor playground needs reparation (mising parts and steps on the clilmber), could be dangerous! There was a stray god outside of the hotel, it start running agains my 4 yo kid, she got really scared. Luckuly the dog didn' bit her.

Big hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, nice pool & Spa. The location was great, the green area outside of tge hotel was very nice for a walk.

The pool area was too cold, the rest zone too. The food in the restaurant is eatable but nothing more.

The steam bath wasn't working. The pastry and the croissants at breakfast were cold as was all of the food, actually. The furniture in the room was really old and the interior was super simple. One needs to pay extra to get bathrobes changed every day. No body lotion is provided and I believe it's as important as the shampoo in a spa hotel. Saturday night was quite difficult because of the noise from the restaurant until late as we were on the second floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in the spa centre who were extra attentive. The private jacuzzi room is very nice provided one is ready to pay extra for it and book well in advance. The outside jacuzzi is OK if the weather is decent. The park around the hotel is magnificent and peaceful. The centre of the town is at a walking distance.
