The sign from the outside was not obvious when we first arrived.

The rooms are quite small, which was unexpected in a historical building. As for the breakfast, it was disappointing. There was a limited selection from predetermined options. Some of these choices required 5-7 minutes of preparation time. So, if four people ordered the same item, the last person would receive their meal 30 minutes after the first. Additionally, I would suggest offering real butter instead of imitation products. Honestly, it might be better if you didn't offer breakfast at all.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of original artwork in each room as well as in the common areas. It is impeccably clean, offers a stunning view from the windows, and, despite its central location, remains quiet. Once you close the windows, you can barely hear anything from outside, even the tolling of the nearby church bell.

In the case of a stay of several days, the spaces are relatively small, storage furniture is limited, but for a temporary accommodation the location is ideal, considering the opportunities of the historical center of Plevna.

An excellent position, directly on the city's promenade, offering both walking and dining. A historic building, modernly furnished, completely renovated. We stayed in a triple room, ok for a short stay (91 nights in our case). Parking is at the base of the hotel, breakfast is simple but correct (choose from a menu with 4 options). In fact, the room consists of 2 areas, not very large, but since everything is new and impeccably clean, the impression is of comfort.

Our bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the public areas and the fountains - attractive by both day and night. The rooms were small but functional, and we appreciated having a kitchenette and a separate desk area away from the bedroom. An elevator to the top floor made access easy.

The shower...there is no glass or any courtain to close it...so when you take a shower all the bathroom is completely wet...The breakfast has no so much variety.

The location and the cleaning. Nice room with comfy bed. Calm place and nice people at the reception. I will choose this hotel again if I come back to Pleven.

Not a fan of "wet bathrooms" where the shower is not enclosed. The "rain" showerhead was so plugged up that it was only about 40% effective.

There was a moldy smell in the entire hotel. Limited breakfast options (and no switching items between pre-set menus). No ashtray in front of the hotel.

Easy to reach. Very friendly staff, though not english speaking - prepared with printed notes (for example, to help with parking, or to share the wi-fi pass). I was impressed with the good organization of things. Nice art on the hallways.

We are a couple with a child. There were three single beds all in different areas and facing different directions, so we pushed two of them together for me and my husband as the arrangement felt really odd. We were reprimanded for this (being handed a note about it clearly put through Google translate). It made us feel rather uncomfortable. Not nearly enough plug points in the room.

Excellent location, right on the town square, great view and just above the best bar/restaurant in town. Rooms decent size, shower nice (although it is a "wet room" rather than a separate shower). Staff don't speak any English at all (literally not one word) but fairly friendly (mostly, but see below about the beds). There is a lift up to the rooms. Wifi good.
