Only two elevators, you better take the stairs at "rush" hours.

The hotel is at the beach. It has a outside pool with thermal water. It has also a Spa with Jacuzzi, Sauna + programs for treatments and massages. Quiet and comfortable.

The ultra all inclusive is not really all inclusive. There is only one bar which is open from 10am to midnight, the rest of them close at 6pm. Also, the buffet is not open 24 hours, only specific hours (breakfast, lunch, dinner). At the bar only the cheapest drinks are included, for brand products you have to pay separate.

I liked the beach because it was private and very clean.

Grumpy people at the bar, very unpolite outside bar keeper (made us feel uncomfortable to ask for a drink and disturb him while he was on his phone)some furniture needs replacement/fixing, worst example outside pool, many loose tiles, plastic cover of water exit along the pool are dangerous (fell through one, luckily not hurt much), dirty pool, loose tiles and screws in the bottom of the pool may lead to injuries, especially for kids. Tables in restaurant are not cleaned after every guest, some tables remain dirty or sticky… etc

Kindness of some staff; room cleaning ladies, restaurant reception ladies, close to the sea, sea view, great food!

The ventilation of the bathroom does not work. The door of the bathroom squeaks. The lifts are luxury but slow and they are not enough for the current number of people using the hotel. The curtains of the window can not close the light of the lamp on the balcony. The lack of enough free drinking water in the room is difficult to explain for five stars hotel.

The breakfast was good for 4 stars hotel. The service in the restorant was good.

The hotel is old, expected much more for the value. Comparing to other Bulgarian hotels. Definetely did not like that I had to pay parking 10E/day, also room-minibar was not free.

In regards to all-inclusive, it was allright, could be better, more diversity & better quality.

We went here last year, it was better overall. This year it was really dirty, rude attitude of staff from parking to reception and cleaning ladies that burst in your room one second after they only knocked once, bugs in the room, interior spa area was cold, small children jumping in the jacuzzi and using it like a private pool for hours, old furniture in the room, (bathtub had some sort of wood under it to keep it even), sink and shower taps worked and looked bad, heating was closed (only started at night), besides water all drinks taste like medicine, the wine, juices etc... Very expensive for what it offers

Sullen staff, save for the room cleaners. Tired rooms, mismatched decor. Bathroom shower curtain cut in half with scissors. No grab handle on wall. Extractor fan did not work, therefore, constant smell of toilet and drains. Bed, old spring matress, felt my partner moving. TV to small and distant. Restaurant was dirty. Sticky tables, sticky floor, evidence of spilled food and drink. Food was poor and cheap quality. Not worthy of 5 stars. I would only rate it 3 stars.

The spa is excellent, with numerous features and very clean . The reception and Bar area are good, with games area adjacent.

    1) The interior of the rooms is very dated, perhaps 80s or 90s in appearance. Carpet needs replacement. Our carpet was clean (vacuumed) but had multiple stains. Multiple pieces of furniture were chipped or had stains. Elevators are tiny and slow. 2) Our shower head was broken from the first day but we didn’t complain until it became unusable. It took 12+ hours to fix this problem and the staff was unapolegetic about it, did not offer expedited fix. In all fairness this did happen at 6pm but I feel that a shower is part of what I paid for and it should be fixed even if it breaks at midnight. 3) Felt very nickel-and-dimed for a “5-star” resort. Has a lavazza espresso pod machine in the room but they charge 1.5lev each for the pods. Free nescafe. Extra 20lev per day to park in a reasonable spot (“free parking” is up a hill from the resort)

Certainly has a very nice beach front, perhaps one of the nicest we observed while in Varna. Spa is very nice, we got two massages and used the lovely sauna while there. The breakfast was ok—good variety, vegetarian options. Our deluxe room was very large with a full living room set for two people. The staff was pleasant and responsive and allowed us to upgrade our room a few days before our stay over the phone. The room was not technically a sea view, but did have a large balcony from which you could see the water. Just a note if you are thinking about booking this hotel—it is about a 15 min drive to varna proper. Not good or bad, just something to consider.

The free car parking for guests was difficult to find - there were no obvious signs and the staff were not particularly helpful. When we eventually found it, it was behind some derelict buildings of the site that looked like a dumpster. The food and drinks could have been better quality but alright for the price you pay.

The room (deluxe, with a view) was spacious and bright, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The spa facilities were second to none and we were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor mineral water pool and the indoor swmming pool. There was a convenient access to the private beach from the hotel spa.

Almost the same food at breakfast and dinner in two consecutive days, not so professional staff at the reception and lack of comfort: we went there to relax, but that was not possible since at 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, we were woke up by big fireworks the hotel made just under our windows. 1 a.m.!!! Also, there was a big group for a team building (most probably) during that weekend, so there was a lot of noise at the restaurant and Spa area. No ATM in the hotel or neighborhood.

The room was very large, clean, with a great sea view. Also, Spa facilities were really at a high level. Quiet area, great location.

    - the reception staff. I sugest that manager to be careful with front desk receptionist named SLAVKA . Very very rude person !!!!! - pictures from the internet ( website ) doesn’t look like the reality . In fact is a 3 stars hotel . - the food is mediocre - the beach bar is stategicaly placed to give up taking anything ... - parking is too small and you have to pay 20-40 leva to reserved a place from the guardian of the hotel - 5 stars are not real , don’t trust them .

I should start by saying that this was the most horrible experience in a 5 star hotel in my entire life . And I should start by pointing on each departament what happened . Reception: Day of the arrival the receptionist was nice and helpful and I think that was the only person having good customer service in this '5star hotel' The second day it was another receptionist and I went to ask her about an iron , she just told me straight that she doesn't have , with her poor english she was just saying later, later .So I left , came back after 4 hours she told me she doesn't have and that's it with no intention on doing anything in helping me.  Then she told me after 1 hour I will have one iron .Nothing happened. So reception area you should improve very much your english and also the customer service . Housekeeping : I asked for a twin bed to be put together and tgry accepted this on booking . When we arrived in the room they we're separated . I went back at the reception and they did not appolagise for this ,just told me they will send housekeeping . We went for dinner and when we came back the beds were together but the bed linens were looking like someone stood on them. The second day , after lunch we wanted to pull the curtains and one of them fell into my head straight , I go to a housekeeping lady trying again to explain what happened and she kind of understood , but no one came to fix that . Restaurant: So as you say you are a 5 star hotel should be the same for the food experience. Some of the foods such as cheese, cold meats always had crust on them, and the worst that I recommend is for you to change your pastry chef the desserts are the worst, tasteless full of amindon and colorants . Some of the pancakes and food that alterate fast started to becom sour(pancakes, sauces etc. ) Spa : Your team in spa should learn about customer service in a relaxing envoirnment and also teach some customer approach skills .

Customer service absolutely shocking , basics not existent like greeting in the restaurant or reception. Picking up the phone no manner or whatsoever - staff looked always inconvenienced when we had a question. On one occasion for interactions with the receptionists - asking for breaking notes into a change for a taxi , the 2 ladies finishing their shift around d 8pm on 25th August were so awfully rude - visibly annoyed that were asked to do their job and handed angrily the notes over the counter. When we politely ask to break more notes one of the ladies looked at us so bad and rudely said ‘NO’. Shocking for a 5 star hotel for any hotel to be honest - is unacceptable. Staff is not happy - heard them on many occasions complaining about the job not bothered people can hear them . Poorly managed hotel with no customer service . Our friends - family of 4 stayed 2 weeks and shared same shocking attitude towards them however couldn’t move because had so many bags and 2 small kids. Don’t waste your money , Villa Chinka down the road is fantastic , we usually stay there but they were fully booked. We will not return again and we rather spend our money someone where we are going to be treated with respect . We understand post covid must be hard in the hospitality however is not an excuse to be treated with such disrespect . For 400lvs per night - no thanks .

Beach - clean and not that busy, pool very nice and spa was good. Food was good variety however far from 5 star quality or presentation.

Everywhere except the lobby was dirty and unmaintained. Food was a joke. We paid for 5 star stay and food like you would expect in a mountain lodge in Bulgaria. It was low quality and it was cooked terribly. A lot of the food was from older lunches and dinners and you can tell that they reused food or it was already spoiled from staying. Fruits most times ware spoiled and dry. I will provide photos so you can see. I liked the hotel, but it is worth no more than half of the money we paid.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic however I too quiet, there is no sort of entertainment, music or anything is more for old people who want to have a rest and sleep. Not happy with this, the hotel should look after all categories of guests. I was unable to listen to some music because an old couple wanted to sleep all day long at the swimming pool so everyone else had to be quiet . Not ok

The hotel is very nice, the food is delicious and for everyone. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and the staf is very friendly and welcoming. I am pleased with this hotel.
